Ordered a gift box from Boots after completion of a survey and paid £2.49 delivery. Found out 2 payments come out of bank unauthorised and appears to be for a subscription that I didn't sign up for. Bank aware and emailed Tutor client complaining but wanting the money refunded. It's a nasty cheating scam please avoid at all costs.

I did not sign up for any subscriptionwith codetutorhc.com or code-tutor.eu,yet I was charged. I never received a confirmation email or access credentials.
I have contacted your support email ,but is not working,and i received no reply.
I already blocked contacted my bank and blocked future payments.
Please cancel any account linked to my email and refund the charges.
If you do not respond ,i will report this report to consumer protection services in Canada .

And because of that it is difficult to cancel. Seems a huge con.

Ik heb een rugzak besteld en…
Ik heb een rugzak besteld en vervolgens wordt er in een tijdsbestek van een paar dagen 3 keer een bedrag van mijn creditcard afgeschreven. Ik heb niet gevraagd om videobellen of wat dan ook. Zorg ervoor dat ik mijn geld a.s.a.p. terugkrijg en dat het abonnement per direct stopgezet wordt want dit is dd reinste oplichterij!

What a scam, and they go on and on
What a scam, i ordered a present for €3,-, a lot later the get 3 from my creditcard, and les then a week later they took €72 from my account, for what?, no mailing and still get nothing, time and money lost for this scammers 😡😡😡😡😡

Via Facebook een aanbod een rugzak te kopen voor €3.00 Later nog een bedrag van €72.00 Rugzak nooit ontvangen! Schijnbaar zou ik een abonnement hebben afgesloten!? Nooit een verificatiebericht ontvangen! Dit riekt naar oplichting. Bank is inmiddels ingelicht en er zijn vele klachten over CodeTudor.com.
Vandaag voor de tweede keer CodeTudor.com klantenservice geschreven: "Er is onterecht een bedrag van
€ 3.00 en een bedrag van € 72.00 afgeschreven van mijn creditcard! Ik verzoek u vriendelijk doch dringend deze bedragen terug te storten!"
De reactie van Code Tudor is de brutaliteit ten top! Mensen lokken met z.g.n. een rugzak voor € 3.00 en heimelijk een abonnement afsluiten! Deze werkwijze gebruiken Scammers! Geen antwoord over terugbetaling afgeschreven bedragen!!

Scammers, oplichters en boeven
Mee gedaan aan een vragenlijst, waarbij voor 3euro er een rugzak aangeboden werd.
Achteraf blijkt dat er een abonnement van Code-tutor aan vastzat waar je niet op word gewezen. Per toeval kwam ik hierachter toen er een afschrijving van 72euro heeft plaatsgevonden op mijn creditcard.
Op geen enkel moment word je hier op gewezen. Ook nooit een bevestiging ontvangen met daarin de voorwaarden.
Trap hier niet in. Dit bedrijf zijn scammers!
30/4 update
Na meer dan een week over en weer mailen met Code Tutor nog geen steek verder gekomen.
Dit is een hele grote oplichtingspraktijk.
De nietszeggende reactie via trustpilot is net zo frustrerend.
Ik heb geen abonnement afgesloten voor een online dienst. Ben hier ook niet op gewezen en heb hiervoor nooit een bevestigingsmail voor ontvangen.
Er wordt klakkeloos een bedrag van 72euro geïncasseerd van je creditcard en je kunt fluiten naar je geld. Enige vorm van bewijs vanuit Code Tutor kan niet gedeeld worden, omdat het er simpelweg niet is.
Ze doen alsof hun neus bloed, maar als dit het verdienmodel is van code tutor, dan moet dit accuut gestopt worden.
Een grote oplichtingspraktijk en er valt niet te communiceren met deze club.
Vandaag beweren ze wel geld terug te storten, mocht je een verzoek doen binnen 14 dagen. Ik heb hier binnen 11 dagen, na ontdekking van het incasseren van de 72euro, een verzoek ingediend. Ook hier zullen ze een smoesje op verzinnen dat dit niet binnen de 14 dagen is geweest.
Het is verdrietig, frustrerend en Boosmakend dat je hier machteloos staat tegen dit soort praktijken.
Trap er niet in!!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I have had £183 taken out of my account by these crooks after filling out a form to get a North Face Bag.
I have reported this to my bank and complained to them.
They have responded today to say that they emailed me to say that I would be charged for a subscription as I hadn’t cancelled. How can I cancel something I know nothing about?!
Absolute con artists, hopefully my bank can sort and hopefully no one else gets caught out like I have. Disgraceful!
By the way the North Face bag never arrived!
