The support will eventually fix your bug after a long time but not before they have a rude back and forth with you.

Oh, do you need it fixed urgently? Well if they are on holiday forget about it. Also, they won't tell you they are on holiday.

They will leave you in the lurch.

Avoid and find a theme with a built in product table or similar feature.

Terrible customer service - time delays 12 hours plus, not reading your message properly and giving you instructions which are not required.
