I’ve been using CoilClout since January 2022 and have always had an outstanding experience. I was hesitant about getting back into the area of coils and emailed the owner asking for suggestions. He responded properly asking clarifying questions to ensure I would get the best product and he was 100% right!

Product ships out quickly, product is in great shape when it arrives, great selection, great prices and the guy that runs it is a solid dude.

These are some of the best coils I've used in awhile. Great customer service . Even sent me a free gift! Thanks guys .

I have been a customer of this business for a couple of years, now. Recently this has changed. I think the owner, Johnathan is either on drugs or I finally saw him for what he was as a businessman(a pos). Be warned, Do Not buy from this site. He will turn on anyone, not keep promises with his sales and may call you directly to curse and ban you. LOL.
This dude is a New York Con Job. I ordered a set or 2 of his expensive coils which were on sale. Johnathan mentioned the coils will be ready in two weeks. Two weeks later appears, and no tracking number. I emailed Johnathan to ask for another eta to which he explained that these coils run around 30 some dollars and they take too long for the price of the sale on his site, which was strange but I obliged. I placed another order two weeks later. The second order shipped but my first order was not sent, even though I asked him over email if both packages were sent and Johnathan confirmed that they were both sent. I received one package, but the second was not sent. I wasn’t very nice or happy about it and it was known in my email; however, this time, Johnathan wants to change another some # sets of coils…I asked for a refund and he refunded. He mentioned I was banned and didn’t really want to converse rather, insult and give a shady customer service experience. I’m so glad Johnathan showed his true colors, so that I don’t give my business to this garbage.
Again, be warned, he could turn on anyone.
Plenty of talented reliable and friendly coil makers out there, folks.

I dont know If the owner Johnathan was having a bad day or what. I have never seen or heard of any "Business" treating there customers the way he treated me. My tracking status said my package has arrived and ready for pick up. I went to my PO box and got out the yellow slip in my box and turned it in to get my package, but the post office worker said they had nothing for me. I gave her the tracking number for my package she informed me that she is sorry she must of put it in a different PO box, and hopefully whoever got my package will bring it back. I messaged Johnathan owner of CoilClout and told him what had happened and he immediately emailed me back and insisted I was lieing and that there is no way I could of talked to anyone that works at the post office in a mere hours. (10am my package was delivered I went to get it at 2pm). I have no idea what he was meaning by that. He just kept giving me the most smart elect responses not wanting to help me but instead was focused on insulting me with every email and saying im "banned". Which isnt a big deal anyone can go with a different name and another address so saying your banning someone is pointless. What makes him think anyone would want to order from his company again that treats there customers this way. This was over an $8.99 bag of cotton! I gave him the Post Office Phone Number 304-836-8094 and even the lady's name that I talked to that works there. He replied one time with "Since I have a personal line with the USPS to talk to them" The crazy part was that I never even asked for a refund nor even a replacement order. He kept emailing me saying, "You cant order here anymore and I guess your wanting a refund then? Goodbye" I do not want a refund or a replacement order, as I have already contacted my bank instead of dealing with him. I want to warn others to steer away from this company and save yourself from an inbox full of harassment from a toxic individual.

Their coils are some of the best out there and their prices are really good too. Jonathan is always very quick to answer any questions and help in anyway he can. The processing and shipping time is pretty good too. He's also extremely generous. I placed an order a few weeks ago for a set of ni80 fused clapton coils. When I received my order Jonathan had sent a set of ni80 alien coils for free with a nice note thanking me for my order. They're a great company and you be disappointed.
