This was my first time shopping with cold laundry definitely recommend. The clothing is worth the price shipping was quick and speedy also packaged well, you can tell they definite are for their customers. Most definitely copping drop 2.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Pls do your research before you order blindly from that online store like them. Not everything that glitters is gold. Don't fall for them...
You can go on reddit. There are tons of post which confirms it.
It's like ordering from a sketchy "asian fashion store" like "aelfriceden" but the items are just from "aliexpress". Put there own logo on it and it's good to go. Many ppl fall for there flashy instagram and top notch photography. But thats all it from them.

Yes, I know that it's pretty common to order basic clothes in china and then put the own label on it. But in this case it's more than just this. On the website they stated that the jacket is made in korea. But in fact it's made in china. They now changed that on their website. The next thing is that they're still telling people that this is their own creation of a jacket and that they are not drop shipping it. Also the fact that they told me three times that I will get my jacket within the next 7 days was a total lie. The communication was just awful. The quality is definetly not worth 150 pounds. The zippers are not that good and there are some loose strings. But for around 38€ it's a pretty nice cop and I'm more than happy. I will return the cold laundry one but I'm sceptical that I will receive my money back. So have a nice week and a nice christmas fam, stay healthy. I hope i could save your money.

I genuinely wish I could give them zero stars. My boyfriend ordered two jackets and did not receive any confirmation email and he waited for quite a while and still didn’t get anything. After a while he contacted costumer service to see what it was all about but would not get any reply, he contacted them on Instagram as well but no reply there either. It’s been a while since he tried speaking to them and still he hasn’t heard anything from them. We’re utterly disappointed because the marketing made us believe it was such a nice company. I also want to add that I wish we read the reviews before ordering because we realized later that many people had problems with this company and that many others lost their money to this company. Anyways, we had to contact the bank to demand a chargeback so we did get the money back at last.

I wouldn't even give 1 star, the quality is so bad. Made unethically and falls apart & bobbles straight away. Materials are cheap, it is like the clothing is made by someone who has never made clothing before. Customer service awful - sent entire order back took 3 months for a refund.

I recently received my Grey Mock Neck from Cold Laundry and I’m very satisfied with it. The t-shirt is made from really soft material and the fit is amazing.
The only problem I had was with the shipping, it took a bit longer than estimated for it to arrive but that is understandable due to the Coronavirus.

Great brand and I will with 100% guarantee order more from them in the future

Very poor customer service and beware most of the reviews here are fake. Do not support.

I completely concur with Abigail Basford, Cold Laundry is the most unprofessional company that, I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. They simply ignore all customer communications.

Firstly, I had no confirmation whatsoever of receipt of my order. I sent two internal emails via their website, indicating, that,although, the funds for the goods had been debited from my account immediately, I had received no acknowledgment of an order ever having been placed. I got zero response.

When the jacket arrived, I was unhappy with the overall quality, lack of styling and the sizing was huge. I returned it by Parcelforce Courier Delivery, at my own expense. Please bear this in mind, Cold Laundry do not offer a return service.

After a period of nineteen days and a total of five emails to them, none of which were answered, I contacted American Express.

I have now been waiting for a total of twenty four days for a refund and AMEX have raised a dispute claim against them.

Do yourself a huge huge favour and give this wholly wholly deceitful, unprofessional, shoddy company an extremely wide berth.

The team at Cold Laundry was very receptive to my requests and were able to provide quick information regarding the details of the product I was looking to purchase. I appreciate the input from the team. Cheers.
