Cuidado estafa

Cuidado estafa. Compré una correa en esta página, tras más de un mes el pedido no ha llegado, el número de seguimiento es fraudulento, contactas con ellos y sus respuestas en inglés son las siguientes, cuando les solicitas un reembolso, o conocer el paradero de tu paquete y les comunicas que pondrás una mala valoración en trustpilot “Keep threat is no worry will do the report”, “Hello, ok we close the claim and never answer you anymore”.
Tras contestar la empresa a esta reclamación, y soltar una sarta de mentiras, les vuelvo a escribir tal y como ellos han solicitado, en fecha 22 de enero de 2026, y esta es su respuesta “ We will not answer you anymore and we already sent your case to the DGGCCF

Good luck and see you soon”.

ACTUALIZO ahora me envían un mensaje diciendo que el pedido ha sido entregado. Aquí no ha llegado nada. Nunca enviaron nada. El envío a través de DHL era falso, el de correos era falso.

Son las mayores TIMADORES y mal educados. La peor empresa.

Attention c'est une arnaque verres de…

Attention c'est une arnaque verres de protection pour MoonSwatch deux verres pour 64.- et chez Temu les mêmes produits pour deux protections 1.56. Et quand je dis identiques j'ai fais l'expérience les deux de chine et en plus du même fournisseur.
Et si vous leurs demander des explications il y a plus personne pour le remboursement brefs des escrocs

I'm so so disappointed - highly recommended avoiding

I'm so so disappointed. Bought a strap to go with a watch as a present. Purchased 2nd January for delivery 3-5 days later. Tracking number for German postal service given the day after ordering.

No delivery by the 9th and the tracking number was not valid, so I contacted them and was sent another tracking number for a French postal service, again this was not valid.

I asked to cancel and was reassured it was on it's way and that it would arrive by the 13th. It did not.

Contacted them on the 14th after receiving some legal advice to cancel and request a refund for breach of contract. Emails appeared to become increasingly rushed/poorly written and they told me that requesting a refund for an item in the process of being delivered was "illegal", that this was stated in their terms and conditions and that if I started an illegal contestation with my card company "as you know the consequence are high"...

I was advised to have no further contact, that any agreement as part of the purchase cannot superceed UK law, and to proceed through my card company, which I did.

The next day the item arrived! I've cancelled my credit card contestation, but I won't be keeping the strap. The quality isn't actually too bad, but the colour is awful. It's a yellowish orange when the watch it is meant for is a deep, reddish orange.

I've checked the returns policy and you can't return sale items, the strap had 50% off when I purchased it, so I will assume they won't refund it.

I'm fairly exhausted and disappointed by the whole experience. I was just trying to buy a nice watch strap as a present! I will never use this company again.

Edit: I did contact the company regarding arefund and have been given an address in Dubai, as I have read others have too.

faulty goods and no response to emails

I am reaching out via trust pilot hoping to receive a response, since my emails have not been answered. I ordered a watch strap as a christmas gift and was pleased with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, after only a few hours of wear, the coating/paint on the product started to tarnish/wear away. I reached out via email, politely asking for a refund/ replacement and offered to provide pictures, the company responded and said yes. After sending proof, i failed to receive any response and sent multiple follow up emails. After not hearing back from the company, i stated that if i did not receive a response i would have to contact my bank for a refund due to being provided with faulty goods, the product is not cheap and it would be unfair for me to be out of pocket. Only then did i receive a reply, stating that the company had “not received these pictures” and that “blackmail is illegal” stating that they had contacted their bank so i could not open a case. Again, i politely replied that i am not black mailing, i was chasing up for a response/ refund/ replacement (that i am entitled to under the UK consumer rights act 2015, as the goods were faulty). I further provided the pictures of the faulty product and proof that they were sent in the inital email. The attitude of this company is extremely disappointing, they seem to take criticism very personally when my matter could have been resolved easily. I hope to hear from you shortly and that this issue can be settled in a more professional manner.

We strongly dispute this review as it contains several false and misleading statements.

Our customer support responded to every single email sent by this customer, within normal response times. At no point was the customer ignored.

From the very first contact, we requested clear photographic evidence in order to assess the alleged defect, which is a standard and necessary procedure. The initial files claimed to have been sent were not received, a fact that was clearly communicated. Once valid proof was received, the case was reviewed accordingly.

It is also important to clarify that threatening to initiate a chargeback to force a refund before a case is properly reviewed does constitute pressure, and we merely reminded the customer of standard procedures — no accusation was made.

We categorically reject the claim that we attempted to block any bank case or acted unprofessionally. This is factually incorrect.

Had the customer followed the standard process calmly, this matter could have been resolved quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the situation was escalated unnecessarily through inaccurate public statements.

We remain open to resolving legitimate issues through proper channels and factual communication, but we cannot accept false accusations or misrepresentation of events.

Lorsque le transporteur confirme la livraison d’un colis, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas nous baser sur un simple email indiquant une non-réception pour procéder immédiatement à un remboursement ou à un nouvel envoi. Sans cela, comment ferions-nous face à des déclarations de non-réception alors que le transporteur atteste de la bonne livraison ?

Ebenfalls keine gute Erfahrung mit dem Shop

Leider kann ich die vorausgehenden, negativen Bewertungen nur bestätigen.

Das Armband passt farblich nicht zu der Uhr und die Qualität ist schlecht.

Als ich das Armband daraufhin zurücksenden wollte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Rücksendung versichert und gegen Unterschrift in die Vereingten Arabischen Emirate zu schicken wäre. Kosten hierfür 25,49 Euro, bei einem Armband für 31,99 Euro.

Meine Rückfrage, wo genau ich den Hinweis auf die Rücksendung in die VAE finde, wurde leider bis heute nicht beantwortet.

Insofern kann ich leider nur von dem (ansonsten sehr gut gemachten) Shop abraten.

Seconde commande catastrophique

1ere commande sans soucis, la 2ième par contre, une seule protection livrée et la promo annoncée sur le site non appliquée au paiement, ce qui m'a échappé... Réclamation faite, on me propose de me réenvoyer une protection et un bracelet à titre commercial, ce qui me semblait un très bon geste commercial. Jamais rien reçu. Après une nouvelle réclamation, on m'envoie une preuve de lettre suivie, sans nom ni adresse, après renseignement pris à la poste, ce suivi correspond à un envoi à 900 kms de chez moi... J'ai fini par lâcher l'affaire, bien que l'expéditeur soit responsable de l'envoi ! bref soit arnaque, soit incompétence, dans les 2 cas je déconseille, ce n'est pas sérieux...

Vous indiquez que votre première commande s’est parfaitement bien passée, mais aucun avis positif n’a été déposé — alors qu’un avis négatif est publié sans difficulté. C’est malheureusement un biais fréquent sur Trustpilot lorsque l’on ne paye pas pour les services premium, mais nous prenons tout de même votre retour au sérieux.

Concernant la promotion, elle était bien appliquée, mais uniquement lorsque le bracelet et la protection étaient ajoutés via le lien dédié à l’offre. Dans votre cas, ils ont été achetés séparément, ce qui explique la différence. Malgré cela, nous avons accepté de vous faire un geste commercial.

Ordered a watch band and it didn’t fit, was junk

Ordered a watch band and it didn’t fit. Was molded rubber and was designed incorrectly to fit watch. Asked for refund; was told I had to ship it signature insured back to Dubai. Why would I spend that kind of money to return a $32 rubber strap. Customer service was HORRIBLE and rude. Product was garbage. Buyers beware.

Qualité douteuse. Rapport qualité prix catastrophique.

Bracelet cuir pour une Blancpain x Swatch : Commande facile, livraison assez rapide. Prix correct à première vue.
Première déception à la réception : mon poignée fait 19cm et le bracelet est très court, je suis sur l'avant-dernier trou. En été, ce sera trop, petit c'est certain.
Après quelques semaines d'utilisation, la boucle commence déjà à bien marquer et à user le bracelet, le cuir est de mauvaise qualité.
Au final, un bracelet à 69€, mais qui doit couter quelques euros sur les sites chinois.
Je ne rachèterai pas, on trouve meilleure qualité et moins cher dans n'importe quel magasin comme Louis Pion, ou on peut aussi mettre 10€ de plus et prendre un bracelet ABP qui dure des années.
Je viens donc de le changer sans aucun regret.
Je ne recommande donc pas cette boutique. Faites quelques recherches et vous trouverez sans aucun doute mieux pour un prix équivalent dans une boutique locale.

Après vérification, nous ne trouvons aucun client au nom de "rico bab" dans notre base de données et vous ne nous avez jamais contactés au sujet d’un quelconque problème, ce qui est étonnant pour quelqu’un d’insatisfait.

Nous constatons par ailleurs que votre avis fait directement la promotion d’un autre vendeur, ce qui laisse fortement penser à un avis concurrent ou non authentique.

Pour information :
✅ 89% de nos clients ont commandé au moins 2 fois chez nous (et souvent plus),
✅ Si la qualité était réellement mauvaise, il y aurait des centaines, voire des milliers d’avis négatifs, ce qui n’est absolument pas le cas,
✅ Et bien entendu, tout client réel insatisfait est assisté immédiatement, ce qui ne semble pas être votre situation puisque aucune trace de commande, ni même de message de votre part.

I posted earlier and the team from Trustpilot asked me to provide additional context.

- I placed an order with Swatchcollabs on 17 Dec 2024. Order #11219
- The product never arrived. Swatchcollabs claim this was my fault because I did not provide the correct address format.
- I objected because the order confirmation I still have clearly shows the correct address.
- Swatchcollabs ceased doing business. My emails to their "Support" team bounced back.
- Then I discovered Collabswatch had started business with almost identical website, product, pricing...even the same refund policy.....
- Collabswatch say they are not related
- Yet they have posted above, a copy of MY ORIGINAL ORDER ( to Swatchcollabs), including ALL my location and email details.
(thank you to the Trustpilot users who notified me, I was already aware but appreciate the support)
- As of today, they still refuse to give me a refund or supply replacement product ( and they DO have my correct address)

So I can only conclude :
- This appears to be deceptive...some might call it a SCAM.
- They have a very low customer satisfaction ethic....some might call that unethical.

All they need to do is send me the product I paid for and I will update you accordingly.

— placing "59" in the address complement field instead of the street number field, which caused confusion for the carrier and blocked delivery.
Once again, customers who want to verify simply have to enter the tracking number on DHL, and they will see that it matches the address they themselves provided.

Now, this customer keeps editing and posting multiple reviews, but let’s be very clear: if you are right, then immediately share the last email you sent, since you are obviously not blackmailing us with reviews, correct? You correct the address and cover the carrier’s re-shipping fee only.

We will re-send your order (the straps) at our cost — products free on the second shipment.

We’re already losing money doing this, but we’re willing to resolve the situation fairly. Normally, when a customer provides an incorrect address and it is delivered (not sent back or lost), a new order is required; otherwise anyone could claim a mistake and ask for a free re-ship to another address, which makes no sense.

We ask that you update or remove the inaccurate statements in your reviews and stop using negative posts as leverage.
Please reply to your order confirmation with the corrected address and we’ll send the payment link for the shipping fee and dispatch the replacement with tracking.
