Until it hit 3 months and then the charge wouldn’t last a day. Terrible…. Just out of the warranty obviously

I received the Colmi Smartring 12 as a gift a month ago. Seemed to be working fine and I was enjoying it. After a month, it would not charge, or if it did, it was only 14% after charging overnight. The charge (little as there was), lasted less than an hour.
I tried reaching out to Colmi through the website form without getting any response. I then emailed their support team directly explaining that it was a gift and the issues I was having. I wasn't asking for a refund or replacement at that time. I would have been happpy if they told me how to troubvleshoot the issues or what my course of action was, so I could use the ring for its intended purpose.They asked for order number multiple times after I told them it was a gift and the person I got the gift from was no longer available.
In the last email they admitted and denied that the product was theirs and they would basically do nothing and I was SOL.
I will speak negatively about this company and leave numerous reviews for people not to buy from a company that does not support their product or their customers at all.
If you are considering a smartring or watch - or any of their products, I advise looking deeper into other companies, as they will leave you with an expensive ring that doesn't work.
Very disappointed in this company as a whole - stay away!
Ich habe über Aliexpress einen Colmi R12 Ring gekauft. Dieser hat einen Softwarefehler, pseudo Messungen auch wenn der Ring nicht getragen wird und das zugehörige App kann sich nur mit einem Ring verbinden, ich habe aber zwei Stück. Diese Information und weiter Hinweise zur Fehlerbeschreibung habe ich dem Colmi Service gesendet. Die Kollegen dort antworten schnell wimmeln aber den Kunden ab. Mehrere Mails gingen hin und her, eine Lösung wurde versprochen aber nicht umgesetzt. Ich bin sehr enttäusch von diesem schlechten Service und würde nie wieder ein Produkt dieser Firma kaufen. Der Ring wurde bei Aliexpress gekauft und heute zurück geschickt.
I bought an Colmi R12 ring from Aliexpress. It has a software error; it displays pseudo measurements even when the ring isn't being worn, and the associated app can only connect to one ring, even though I have two. I sent this information and further details about the error description to Colmi customer service. The employees there respond quickly but fob off customers. Several emails went back and forth; a solution was promised but never implemented. I am very disappointed with this poor service and would never buy a product from this company again. I bought the ring from Aliexpress and sent it back today.

Jeg ble lurt inn i en test av klokker og tenkte ikke klart da jeg bestilte. Anmeldelsene som jeg leste på siden deres er garantert falske. Jeg ga klokka en sjanse, men den var ubrukelig! Var komplisert å bruke, og ikke riktig. La den fort fra meg. Satte en strek over tapet av en tusenlapp og kjøpte meg en dyrere Garmin som jeg bare elsker. Ligg unna disse!
Bestilte aktivitetsklokke. Benyttet meg av mulighet for retur, da klokken ikke passet for meg. Sendte klokken I retur i februar. Fortsatt ikke hørt fra butikken. Masse penger tapt
New Colmi C63, supposed to measure blood/sugar. Results completely different to fingerprick. Asked 3 times. No reply. Instructions with English words, no English sentences. Most of the other measures don't work at all. Time kept Ok, until returning from abroad. Do NOT buy a Smartwatch unless you want to pour money down the drain. DO NOT expect any Customer Service. One star only because there are no zeros!
