Great price match policy and fantastic customer support
Colorado Cyclist was one of the few places I could find that carried a small part for my Ortlieb pannier, and I also needed some tires for my trike which I was planning to order form somewhere else until I realized that Colorado Cyclist price matches. I sent their sales team an email with the price match request and they answered in less than 10 minutes and got me sorted out immediately. Ren from customer support was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate the painless process ordering from Colorado Cyclist!

Outrageous shipping cost.
Parts were available, shipping was fast, shipping price was outrageous. Yes I paid it but small MTB brake bolt clips that could have been shipped in a padded envelope were shipped in a medium sized 5x5” box for more than the $7.00 or so I paid for 7 clips.
Gave a 3 based on shipping cost alone. Was going to go 2 but they did have the part and did ship fast. I know the guy boxing them up had to have been thinking the box was a total waste.

We do offer free shipping on orders over $75, and for smaller orders, shipping rates are based on the shipment and fulfillment requirements.
We understand that the packaging may have seemed larger than necessary for the items ordered, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

What a long return process
What a long return process. I had items all boxed up to return, and then I had to take out the items and take a picture of them! I put them back in the box and made a label and went to the post office and to stand in line. I returned some shoes to another retailer recently and with only a couple of key strokes, I was told to go 1 mile to UPS and just hand them box. How easy!
