I do not recommend this company. Our business is in California. Staples is not convenient so I searched for an alternative, and placed a small test order. They shipped my order to their Florida location instead of our office. I called for assistance but their customer service representative was argumentative. I told him to keep our order - it wasn't worth the hassle he was putting me through.

From start to finish the experience was easy and the copies were exactly as I expected. Delivery was earlier than expected. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them agajn!

Using Colorcopiesusa was a great decision on my part. This was my first time ever using an online printing company for a project. Their instructions were clear and easy to follow. The chat assistant was quite helpful. And their staff were quick to respond to my inquiries and order changes. The project turned out great.

I'm grateful that they brought attention to some margin concerns more than once before going to print.
I suggest the practice of sending the pdf uploaded via email as was finally done near the end, which made it much easier for me to see the concerns they were seeing on their end.
I was somewhat frustrated at 1 point when it took hours to hear back to get things going, but in the end, it turned out good.
Last time I checked, even once order went to print, my request to have the correct final copy show up in my project on my account, did not show up correctly. I was relieved that the finished copy arrived correctly printed out. It would make the process more reassuring. Overall I'm happy with the service and product.

I decided to order color copies online because locally the prices were out of my price range for a nealy 300 page print job. After asking AI the least expensive but quality way to go they provided a few options and none of those options were inexpensive. I found Color Copies USA on my own online and decided to take a chance. Their website interface was easy to use and they had all the options I was looking for at a fraction of the cost. The print job arrived sooner than I expected and the quality was above my expectations. I highly recommend them and plan to print with them again.

I'm disappointed with the final product I received.
When I initially requested a proof, your team sent one over for review. I responded with specific changes and explicitly stated that I wanted an updated proof sent back to me for approval before the order was printed. Unfortunately, I never received a revised proof. Instead, the order was printed and shipped without my approval of the requested changes.
As a result, the finished product is not what I expected. It's missing pages and the alignment looks off. I invested a good amount of money in this order, so I expected to have the opportunity to review and approve the final proof before production began. I'd appreciate an explanation of why my request for a revised proof was not followed, and I'd like to discuss how this can be resolved.

Fast shipping and the item looks great!

Super fast at getting the order printed and shipped out to me. Got 2 weeks before it was scheduled to arrive. The posters/handouts were printed nicely and just what I sent them! Will definitely be doing business with them again!
