Habe hier jahrelang bestellt-das ist nun vorbei.
Habe Anfang Dezember meine Fotokalender zu Weihnachten bestellt, Versand DHL ausgewählt und dafür mehr bezahlt.
Mir war relativ schnell klar, dass sie verloren gegangen sein müssen, da meine DHL App keinen Fortschritt angezeigt hat.
Also Colorland angerufen (erst mal ewig in der Warteschlange). Dort wurde mir gesagt, ich soll noch warten und sie können nichts machen und ich bekomme die Kosten erstattet für den Versand wenn es verloren ist.
Ein paar Tage später wieder angerufen (wieder lange Warteschlange). Angeblich hat er mir am Vortag ne Mail geschickt, dass es wirklich verloren ist. Diese Mail kam nie an, komischerweise die Mail davor und die danach schon…
Jedenfalls ist es nun zu spät und es wird nicht mehr rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten ankommen. Sie drucken mir alles neu und es kommt dann im Januar.
Weihnachten war dann wirklich traurig ohne die Tradition der Fotokalender. Auch kann man mir den Versand nicht ersetzen und auch den einen Kalender separat an eine andere Adresse senden ist nicht möglich (meine Familie wohnt 550km von mir entfernt), da dies „gesetzlich“ nicht geht. Aha, noch nie von diesem Gesetz gehört. Als sie mir die dann neu gesendet haben, wurde nicht wie von mir gewünscht und dafür mehr gezahlt, DHL verwendet sondern GLS. Hier musste ich dem Paket erst mal hinterherrennen und km weit fahren, um es einzusammeln.
So eine Enttäuschung und schlechten Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt. Als Entschädigung wurde mir angeboten, meine Bestellung zu stornieren oder ein Aktionscode für einen zukünftigen Einkauf, obwohl ich sehr deutlich gesagt habe, dass ich dort nicht mehr bestellen werde/möchte.
Fazit: Colorland ist nur auf Geld aus mit überhöhten Versandpreisen und wahnsinnig schlechtem Kundenservice. Bestellt woanders, das geht deutlich besser.

Bought some photo items on Groupon and ending up spending hours trying to upload photos thinking it was my phone. Eventually I gave up and the vouchers expired. I asked for more time to use them and so they gave me more time . I tried on my laptop and gave up after an hour due to the same issue. Absolutely

I purchased from their site via topcashback. They decided not to honour my cashback claim. By saving themselves 10 quid, they have ensured we will never purchase from them going forward.

Quality is good, delivery is terrible, they have a "quick delivery fee", and they don'tdeliver on time, this is the second time that happen to me. Customer service is terrible, they do not respond and they do not assume responsability of the delay .

Two more excellent photo books from Colorland. The quality is superb & there are lots of different templates to use as well as being able to adjust these to accommodate your own design. Customer service is always at the end of a phone and they are the only company I know recently who actually pick up the phone and answer any queries that you might have straightaway. Well done, Colorland - I will be using you again in 2025.

I just cannot understand why Colorland will not help me in any way with my problem, despite all the contact I have made to them.
They just blank my emails and contact and have not the courtesy to respond.
Colorland say they would really like to help me with my problem, but they have done nothing to help me.
Why not help me and let me have access to my uncomplete order (to finish it)
I bought the vouchers to make 2 photo books, my beautiful sister passed away and I emailed Colorland to ask them if they would please extend my voucher time as I was in no mental state to make photo books.
They just flatly refused and refused any form of help or assistance.
I have been a loyal customer for some years (and would be in the future).
I know customers give great reviews to Colorland, as I have previously, but I just cannot understand why they will not help me in this instance.

I have used Colorland many times and they have created fantastic books for us. There was a slight hiccup this time but customer service was excellent and a replacement book sent by return. Things can go wrong from time to time but it's how it's resolved that matters and this was exemplary.

The colour of the print on the canvas was unacceptable to me. I did complain and was told that they felt the colour was good enough. I won't use again

I have ordered six photobooks from Colorland and can highly recommend them! The book quality is very good, the website is easy to navigate, if you run out of time on your coupons they will extend it at NO extra cost, they usually respond to emails very quickly and friendly. Will definitely order again as soon as I have enough pictures for another 140 page Photo book.

Great customer service, really helpful both times I've struggled with an order and helping with the voucher I used. Great quality photo books which were given as gifts too.

The pictures have wonderful colours and sharpness every time .

I've used colorland for years. Fantastic quality, excellent service and very easy to use their online software.

This is the 5th time i have ordered canvas’s from colorland and i will not go anywhere else. It is a simple process and they are very quick at getting it done & shipped. The quality is superb. I just love them.
