As per the norm, product was promptly posted and happy with my purchase. 👍

I ordered a decoupage paper and when it arrived it was the wrong one. I rang to say what had happened and they gave me a refund immediately. I had the paper all wrapped ready to send back and they told me to keep it as it was their mistake. It wasn’t their mistake as the paper had two designs which should have stated Portrait or Landscape. Lovely lady very friendly Thank you so much.

Order was placed a week ago and not arrived yet, given the postal situation your request for feedback is rather premature!!! After giving the previously mentioned review I was contacted by the company who apologised and said they had sent the items ordered the next day (colour card so not expensive) but as I had not received it they would send the items ordered again the next day and they arrived a couple of days later so cannot fault their response, thank you.
