The products are easy to order and arrive fast, securely packaged and all - no fuss here.

I needed some help with installing the sink (I just needed some measurements for cutting the right size hole in the counter top for the "semi-drop-in" type oval sink I bought). The guy I chatted with didn't understand english very well and didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I kept rephrasing the question but no luck. He didn't seem too eager to help anyway.

Die Website ist gut gemacht und die Waschbecken sind schön, wenn auch nicht ganz billig. Bei der Bestellung gab ich meine Geschäftsadresse an und bat darum informiert zu werden, sollte der Versand länger als eine Woche dauern, da wir danach in den Ferien seien und wir ansonsten einen Liefertermin nach unserer Rückkehr vereinbaren müssten. Ich bekam keine Antwort und es kam wie es kommen musste - in der Lieferadresse wurde der Firmenname weg gelassen. UPS rief dann an und ich konnte den Fehler korrigieren und die Adresse der Nachbarfirma angeben, die das Paket angenommen hätte . Allerdings gab der Bote das Paket dann IRGENDWO ab. Ich bat Colours of Mexico um eine Tracking Nummer. Colours of Mexico reagierte allerdings erst, als ich dann anfing über paypal zu kommunizieren. Nach 14 Tagen suchen stand das Paket dann plötzlich vor unserer Haustüre. Dass UPS das Paket an der falschen Adresse ab gab ist nicht CoM's Schuld. Allerdings hätte alles vermieden werden können, hätten sie mit mir von Anfang an korrespondiert.

The site is well done and the sinks are nice, although not really cheap. I asked to have the sink shipped to my business address and to be informed if the shipping would take longer than a week, since we were on holiday and we would otherwise have to arrange a delivery after our return. I got no answer and it came as it had to come - in the delivery address, the company name was left off . UPS called then and I was able to correct the error and specify the address of the company next door, which was willing to accept the package. However, the UPS messenger left the package SOMEWHERE. I asked Colours of Mexico for a tracking number. Colours of Mexico, however, reacted only after I began to communicate via paypal. After 14 days, searching frantically for the package it was suddenly placed on our doorstep. That UPS delivered the package to the wrong address is not CoM fault. However, everything could have been avoided if they had replied to my correspondence in the first place.

Tiles look amazing, truly beautiful design. Amazing decors. Only you have to take care, they are very fragile, but that's normal.

What was a bit of a hassle, they are bigger than declared on site. On site is written 10x10cm (4x4 inch), and they are 11.5cx11.5cm, so it did not fit according to my other tiles, but we managed.

Communication prompt, delivery fast, delivery price reasonable, website easy navigating.

I would recommend seller, just it will be good to correct the sizing on website for future.

Great quality products, very rapidly delivered, well-wrapped and in perfect condition.

I would be happy to recommend them and/or use them again.

I was really pleased with my dealings with this company. The tiles I purchased were just what I wanted, the cost of delivery was reasonable and the speed of delivery to ireland was really quick. Thanks so much
