this product does not work as advertised. It is a bad product and their return policy is ridiculous as you have to return it to Italy. Basically it will cost you what you paid for the brush to return it.

COMPLETE SCAM - DO NOT BUY
I ordered it 2 months ago and still have not received it. I have chased numerous times with no success, I have asked for a refund 5 times and was told by the seller they would get back to me (2 and half weeks ago) and still no reply. Do not buy off of this site.

This company is a SCAM. I paid $40 for 3-5 day shipping and waited 3 weeks and my tracking number still read that it was yet to be shipped. I emailed customer service requesting my order be cancelled and I receive a full refund as it has yet to be shipped. Next day I receive my product with nothing in it besides the box with the comb. No receipt, no return info, nothing. I email customer service again requesting information on how to return and they respond that the product must be shipped to ITALY with the return slip that came with the original package (which did not) and that I have to pay for my own customs and shipping to send the product back to them to be considered for a refund. Complete scam, DO NOT BUY!

I really wished I had come across trustpilot first - somehow it wasn't obvious so I hope my review will help the others. I had the same experience and tried to cancel the product within the hour when it didn't feel quite right. I also tried to cancel my payment from PayPal and there was no option and completely useless. I had to wait for a 'reasonable amount of time' before I could open a dispute with PayPal, unfortunately the selection of reasons was very limited and my 'item not received' immediately prompted the seller to include a shipment tracking number from China. PayPal then decided in the seller's favour purely because the shipment number was provided.

The seller advertised themselves as 'Combized.com', but on PayPal it was Bignami Ecommerce di Filippo Bignami +39 3450013121 x3 vailatiwatches at gmail - it charged in USD and claimed shipment for 5-7 days when it was sent from China. Now the seller is blocking me and sending me all over the places telling me I should email their returns team and insisted that they had responded to my request and of course I haven't, probably makes no difference if return is going to cost more than the product itself. Expensive lessons learned.

Honestly it is a total scam. I experienced every bit of what the others have said in their reviews. The customer service is just appalling and I’m out of my £33. I thought I researched before getting this product, but they have fabricated responses in almost every site except this one. Their site won’t even accept my review! Such a waste of money and wait time.

It is a total scam.

Here's how it went down:

I buy the brush thinking "Oh, if it doesn't work I'll just send it back because they say they have 100% money back guarantee and hassle-free returns". After buying the brush I'm told that I will receive an email once my brush has been shipped which should be in 3-7 business days, and that it will ship from the US. A month passes and I'm thinking "Where the heck's my brush? And where's that shipping confirmation email?" So I contact customer service. They send me a tracking number in an email where they never even say there name or anything else nice. Basically just "here's your tracking number" and that's it. My package arrives the next day - AND IT SAYS IT WAS SHIPPED FROM CHINA. So I'm annoyed. I open the package and the box is squished. The brush looks in tact but it looks and feels really cheap. I put batteries in it and learn that it emits a horrible high pitched noise and that it actually makes my hair MORE frizzy. Now I'm really mad. So I contact customer support again saying I am unsatisfied with my product that doesn't even work and would like my money back. They send me an email with a bunch of questions totally unrelated to my inquiry. I responded promptly with my answers and waited weeks to hear back. Nothing. So I send yet ANOTHER email after writing a very bad review that they totally deserve (and which, by the way, they never posted to their website). Finally they respond about a return, but say that I have to ship the brush to Italy! WHAT. And that once they receive it they will send me a refund. No way am I sending that brush to Italy. They will probably make me pay for shipping and I'll never hear from them again.

Moral of the story - Always do your research, don't ever fall for the "This is a sale on a great product that you won't want to miss out on and is just about to end", because that sale never ends and they just want your money.

Ugh, I'm mad. Glad to be able to rant somewhere where this might actually get read and keep someone from buying this worthless product.

THIS PRODUCT IS A SCAM! Don't fall into their trap. I never got my item and there is no customer service team it is just a stupid automated email. I reported them to the FTC so I am hoping this company gets investigated. Couldn't report them on the Better Business Beaure because the company does not have an address! I was blocked on their social media for putting an honest review. I hope their fake business burns down to the ground! KARMA IS REAL!

I got blocked by their social media for posting an honest review. It is a scam, you will not get your money back. Conveniently, 10 minutes after I sent an email asking for a refund before it was shipped, the package shipped! So, I’m out $40. No way to contact them. They delete or block every person who doesn’t post a positive review.

This is the biggest scam EVER — I literally lost $40 from trying out this stupid service. The product ships from some factory that is NOT called Combized and shipping takes about a month. When my brush finally arrived, it didn't work at all. The instructions are worthless and make no sense. The website mentions "hassle-free returns and 100% money back-guarantee" so I emailed customer service and messaged someone on Facebook a million times. They beat around the bush to try to get you to not return the item and won't give information. Finally, they say that you have to send the brush back to their HQ in Italy (NOT where the product shipped from) and say that you'll only be refunded when the product returns and that you have to pay for the international shipping and customs. I am reporting all of their social media and their website. I would not have purchased this if I knew that returning it would likely cost me just as much as the product did.

I have a bad feeling this is a scam. It said ships from US, I finally got a tracking number and it just says unavailable and something about coming from China. I usually do more research but I was busy and impulsively bought this because I hate my hair's frizziness that much. Pretty sure I'm out 40 bucks.

It's a Chinese product that for me has not arrived after 18 days. Sent an email a week ago, and I received a response stating that customer service will be closed for 10 days. So, inexistent customer service. Today I requested a refund, I don't expect much. So to sum up, its a scam.

Ordered on August 6. It’s august 18 and I have yet to be provided tracking information. Their website claims 3-5 days delivery. Customer service nonexistent. The worst social media brand ever.

Customer service not existing. Received emails that no one is available to contact for 10 days. I ordered item 15 days ago and still did not receive it although the delivery information stated that it will take 3 - 5 days to receive an item. Hugely disappointed. Cannot even ask for money back because no one is available! By the way product is coming from china factories! I ordered as European product and it appears it is good as any ionized brush you can get online from 8gbp!
