CometVPN Avaliações

Service works well. Upload speed is near my connection speed. I had a few questions and the support answered quickly. Also the Android app works fine.

Thank you Karolis for the great support. Very responsive and allowed me to try different IPs to see the quality of them separately. Their residential vpn is a good deal, even though it is not always detected as residential, it is better than a regular vpn at least and can bypass some of the vpn blockers. I am signed up on a long term plan

I signed up for this VPN specifically because they advertised a local server in Fort Myers, FL. It turned out to be a complete failure. First, the location routing is totally broken. The app claimed I was connected to Fort Myers, but when checking my IP on external tools, it actually routed my traffic to Chicago, over a thousand miles away. Second, their "24/7 support" is completely fake. When I tried to get help fixing the broken location, I was just hit with an automated bot telling me the team was away and would be back later. Finally, they pull a total bait and switch with their 3-day free trial. If you cancel the auto-renewal to protect your card from being charged later, their system immediately terminates your access on the spot instead of letting you use the remaining trial days. Don't waste your time with this provider. The network is misconfigured, the support is nonexistent, and the billing practices are incredibly shady.

UPDATE: The company replied but completely ignored the core issue. I KNOW what your Native Residential VPN is. The problem is that when I connected to your "Fort Myers" Native Residential server, external IP lookups proved it actually routed my traffic to Chicago, Illinois. Your server pool is misconfigured, and your response completely dodged that fact.

Not bad can be improved a little bit but it's doing the job

So so so easy to use. The chat is super helpful. I needed a specific city and i received an answer fast and the person answering was really clear.

Bought it, used for location change, everything works fine.

I have great experience with this service. They offer fast and competent customer service, and their prices are good. They also provide fast replies always. They have a 30-day money-back guarantee if you decide it doesn't fit your needs, but I'm sure everyone will be happy. They have great locations/ISP choices; even in my small town, they had one ISP available, which is pretty stunning. I never had connection issues with their VPN or their native residential ones. It's really great; I would recommend them to everyone.

They've offer me the support to get the exactly what I want it.

they have the features that i need for certain US state calls. I had a number of questions and problems and karolis answered me in a timely and helpful manner. She even gave me 1 gb free of native residential vpn bc of misunderstanding....so far i see an upstanding, professional company and friendly customer service

I purchased CometVPN solely because their website claims to offer Iranian IP Server. After subscribing, I discovered they don't offer any Iran servers. To make matters worse, they suggested using their residential IP service instead, but it didn't work either. I paid for a feature that simply wasn't available. Don't waste your money and time on these scammers.

Good, friendly service, kompetent - and fast servers. A great alternative to traditional VPN's. THX!

Works great, been using it for a few months now. Would reccomend

Service support a l'écoute est très rapide je recommande .

They are not refunding in the 30 Day period.

Their service is great !
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They scam people. They dont refund you within 30 days. Basically Google rejects my refund and their support is using an AI agent that doesnt understand it.

Edit: to reply to the comment below, let me paste a portion of google support's reply
"I’ve looked into your refund request, and it appears that the app developer has already collected the payment. Because of this, we’re currently unable to process the refund directly from our side here on Google Play."

Using this service for a year already. Very happy with it.

Thank you for the excellent service and your help. Using Cometvpn helps me to do many tasks all over the world. I recommend it!

Native residential is exactly what I needed, thanks!
