Ordered spare cover Shitsu back massager , arrived on time(about a week ) and fits perfectly. Happy am able to use my massager again .

The replacement cover is bigger and there are more room inside comparing to the original.
Maybe size option is worth considering for your future sales.

Apart from that, the machine works just fine.

Well priced massage unit, that does the job advertised.

Great service
I emailed to ask how to order a power supply for my massage cushion. I received a reply quickly with a link to the correct item. It was dispatched promptly and I am now enjoying massages after a tough 12 hour shift again. Wish I had known about this company months ago.

Swift Delivery and a great product Really Happy

I purchased a Comfort Supplies Shiatsu Massager Cushion with Heat in 2018, I have used it regularly for lower back pain since that time & it has been fantastic. It is far superior to other similar looking massagers as it gives greater pressure in the rotation kneeding balls, the heat is of a much warmer level & it's a perfect size to get right into the painful muscle areas. I am only now having to replace mine after nearly 6 years because the stitching has come apart on one side, not because it no longer works. Very impressed with the quality & length of time this has lasted. Excellent product which I highly recommend. Also excellent customer service, personally calling to inform me of a delay in receiving stock even though it's only by a couple of days. Thank you Comfort Supplies. 😊

I ordered a new power cable for my back massager. It arrived very well packaged and ahead of the eta I was given, so I'm really impressed with this service. Thank you!
