Ordered 2 bodysuits and they are way too short. Tried to get a refund, was offered the option of keeping them and getting a credit to use online which I rejected. Then a second offer with a higher credit value which I also rejected..Many emails later and still no closer to getting a refund.. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY

Jeg bestilte 2 bodysuits og 2 badedragter. De 2 bodysuits kom. Den ene var virkelig dårlig kvalitet og lignende slet slet ikke det jeg havde bestilt. Det andet var fin kvalitet. Jeg modtog ikke badedragterne. Jeg skrev derfor til dem for at høre hvornår jeg kunne forvente at modtage badedragterne. Og først her fortæller de så at alt deres badetøj er i restordre. Det fremgik ikke af deres hjemmeside. Jeg spørger så om jeg hvornår de kommer på lager igen da jeg stadig gerne vil have dem. Herefter hører jeg ikke mere fra dem. Jeg spørger igen. Stadig uden svar. Så jeg er blevet snydt!

Order two items and paid extra to express ship in five days. It’s now 7 days and have not received and sent two emails and never heard back.

Despite reading the size guide, one suit was way too small. The other suit straps looked in the wrong place, like they were stitched the wrong way round.
I messaged for a return, they didn't want them back and issued me with a refund. I ordered again, 2 sizes larger given the teeny tiny L labelled bodysuit. These are too big. Plus one has the bra cup stitched inside out so the seam faces outwards. Another issue is considering these are supposed to be body sculpting, therefore sucking in larger figures, the elastic straps are not very robust for boobs over a size 36C

If you're curvy and want something that sculpts but doesn’t feel like a corset, this is it.

I’ve tried Skims and honestly… ComfyCo is giving the same vibe for way less.

Do not trust their refund policy and the advertising of 30 day free return. Ordered the lace bodysuits as per the provided size guide but have been sent subpar product that does not fit ! Have been chasing for nearly 3 weeks for refund and return address/reference which their poor customer service has been ignoring. Please do not buy from this company or trust any size guide they provide.....wish I could give them a zero star...

Fits like a glove and smooths me out without making me feel like I can’t breathe. Love it!

This is honestly the only shapewear I’ve tried that I don’t want to rip off after an hour. Super comfy.

I’m actually obsessed. ComfyCo bodysuits are SO soft but still hold you in, I wear them under everything.

All products were inferior material,no support as advertised and the straps were also in weird position nothing like photo,asked for refund but they would only give credit and I wouldn't buy anything else from them wouldjustlike a refund

Id give this company 0 Stars if I could. I ordered 2 body suits on March 11, 2025 and still have not received them as of April 10, 2025. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company at all. I can't reach anyone via email as they keep saying try a different company when it is the contact information on their site. So, don't order from this company as it is a SCAM apparently. Ill have to chock it up to a learning experience and lost money. What a waste.

I would give it a Zero stars if I could. I got one bodysuit and it was buy one get one Free. They only sent me the one and the bodysuit was a joke.. Something you think you would get a Dollar Store. Not Shapeware at all.. And It doesn’t even fit a normal body.. It’s like sized for a child. And I’m only 120 pounds 5 feet four. They’re scamming 100%.. Their ads show women wearing completely different shape wear than they actually give you. DO NOT Waste your money!!!! Now I’m being ignored and they won’t even get back to me about a refund! I’m pissed!!!

The worst product I have ever bought 🤬

I got the shapewear lace body suit. Went by their size charts and it didn’t fit correctly. Also, it is advertised as shapewear and there is absolutely no compression in it to be advertised as shapewear. It should be advertised as a body suit. It doesn’t shrink your waist or hold anything in as shapewear would. When I asked for a refund they offered me store credit. When I said no I wanted my money back because it was falsely advertised as shapewear they told me that I couldn’t have my money back because then they claimed it was a sale item and the sale was final. I wouldn’t have bought in the first place if it was advertised right.

Order arrived, went by there size gide does not fit, have email three times no responce by the comfyco, tried phoning turned off , very bad customer service, do not by from them, taken my hard earned cash and don't care!!!!!

Items arrived and weren't as described, fit was tiny and poor quality Tried to get a refund and instead they tried to offer me a credit (legally they have to refund). I refused saying I wanted a refund and again they offered more credit. Asked again for a refund and they have just ignored me. Dont waste your time ordering from here as you will be disappointed.
