Comfyuk is appalling
do not buy from them
the product i recieved was poorly made the wrong colour and the wrong size
but they refuse to refund citing that it would cost too much to send back to china
they are a chinese company pretending to be based in the uk

My rating is minus 5, waited early two months for a size 12 light grey and stone, finally arrive size L in pink and beige. Size 12 is UK M, not L. Colour, finish and shape not as advertised, but contacted Comfy UK to be told over 10 times they sent what I ordered, they didn't. Reported to Trading Standards who have advised as comfyuk are a UK company we need to deal with Citizens Advice Bureau. This is a total scam, don't be fooled by them, but sadder still that nothing is being done about company and they are still advertising on social media.

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a jacket. It took 6 weeks to come. It’s horrendous quality and not waterproof. They will not accept a return even though their website states returns allowed within 14 days. STEER WELL CLEAR.

Pity you can’t give zero stars ,Ordered a coat my wife wanted ,Took a month to come and was the wrong size ,Wrong colour and terrible quality ,Have contacted them to say I want to return and have a refund and they have said i received what we ordered even though I have sent them pictures to prove otherwise -Awful company avoid at all costs

Oh my .. seriously can’t believe I was so fooled by all the FB positive comments on the over sized raincoat that I ordered. It took over one month to arrive and is absolute rubbish .. never seen a garment so cheaply produced anywhere on the high street and as others have said it bears no resemblance to the photos whatsoever ... and you have guessed the rest .. not a mission of a refund when they won’t supply me with a returns address saying the coat is what I ordered . Don’t understand how this ‘company’ can exist ... so cross

The coat i received resembled nothing like the coat that was advertised .
The material and quality were very poor. The colour was completely different to that advertised.
It arrived without an invoice or contact details.
Despite several attempts at emailing ( they did initially respond)
regarding returning the item and a refund as per customer rights they stopped replying.

I have contacted T& S. Think carefully before you buy from this company. It is very likely you will be disappointed . In my opinion they do not care about their customer’s or their reputation which says it all !!

I received my coat after a 6 week wait. I was charged £31.89 and not the £28.99 free shipping that was advertised. I ordered light grey and got cream and despite it being described as over sized and the image showing a really nice looking over sized raincoat, what I have received barely fits and I ordered a large to be extra sure it would fit like as the image showed. I have contacted them for a refund, which based on the other reviews I doubt I'll get.

I am sorry I had to give 1 star as in truth they should get non. Goods are a cheap rip off of the actual coat in the picture. Small, poorly made knock offs arrive that you cannot return, even if unopened and in original packaging. The company says that the goods delivered are what you ordered, but that is false advertising as nothing like what is promised. There is a tax that is added onto the amount that you were invoiced that you are not made aware of before you make payment. Don't fall for this scam. Should be taken up by Ombudsman or reported to fair business practice regulators. We should not accept this scam. I am sure there would be no company if their business address was checked. Do not buy the raincoats that are all over fb and social media, you will get burnt like I did

Do not buy anything from this company or any company associated with it. You will see same products advertised under a different name.
Items are absolute rubbish when they do eventually arrive and then you can't return items as they give a fictitious address in China costing more to post back than the original item.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
If you see any company like this advertising on FB or similar report them. You will only see positive reviews from them another sure sign of a scamming company.
They and whoever works for them/ with them are absolute scum.

Do not buy from this company!!!! Charge tax, 3 weeks still not received my order, tried to cancel 5 mins after placing order, on there website it quotes order can be cancelled with 12hours,,, they said my order had been dispatched,,,, I have a dispute with PayPal, but do not hold much hope,,,, keep away from this company,,,,,

Bought 2 coats going by the size however it doesn't fit and they refuse to give me the returns address so I can put it back and PayPal won't help. Don't trust them

This is one star too many! The jacket I received was nothing like the advert, looked like a schoolkids had try to copy the design. Seeing other reviews it's impossible to return. So hopefully this is read and a warning to other shoppers its a scam.....

Goods ordered 5 weeks ago still not delivered! Price being charged is higher & not what appears on my order confirmation! No meaningful answers to all my emails! Waste of time! Buy from this company at your peril!

Ordered rain coat through PayPal March 26th. Company added on vat when transaction submitted. Disputed through PayPal and they’ve declined it . Today April 16th item still not arrived. Can’t dispute again through PayPal. Terrible company

Do not buy from them unless you are sure you want to keep the product. Despite their website stating they accept returns if the product is unused and in original packaging, they do not. They subsequently claim their policy is that they will only accept returns if there is a quality problem. I bought a jacket, it doesn’t fit and now I’m stuck with it despite arguing the case over email numerous times. They are unscrupulous and only interested in your money. Avoid and spend it elsewhere.

Absolute rubbish. Will NOT accept returns, they just keep your money. Must have made a fortune during lockdown. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE LET EVERYONE KNOW, PASS IT ON TO FRIENDS.

If I could give less than one star, I would.

If can’t and need to buy from them, use a credit card or better still, use PayPal, and screen shot the company and any questions where they confirm something.

I see this company at lot on Facebook. After having been burnt with companies from East Asia, I checked on here - no profile.
The company is selling a gorgeous rain coat in many colours. Many people are asking if it is lined.
The company says yes. I have request many times, over many days if they could post a picture of the lining - these requests are ignored.
Many people are saying they have bought it and how wonderful the coats are. I ask these ‘customers’ if they wouldn’t mind posting a picture of the lining - ALL IGNORE IT. I would expect some to. But if someone bought the coat and loved it, definitely some would proudly send a picture. All the ‘customer’ pics have the face marked out.
Very suspicious - ALL?

I would avoid this company or ask them for photographic evidence of what you want to know

Be careful, as they will probably change their name
