Iwas using just answer.com and was tricked to subscribe when I realized they were charging me 62 $ immediately talked to someone on their end and cancelled, was reassured that iwill get my money refunded no refund yet and I can't get someone to talk about it, theie website is not valid comes up when I'm try to email them

I wouldn’t recommend relying on Trustpilot as a measure of genuine customer satisfaction. In my experience, it feels like the platform presents itself as a trusted source of reviews while failing to ensure that customer concerns are fairly addressed. The overall impression can give the appearance of customer satisfaction even when many users report unresolved issues. A review platform should prioritize transparency, consistency, and accountability, but I didn’t feel those standards were met.

I signed up for what was presented as a CA$6 trial on July 1, 2026. Six days later, on July 7, a charge of CA$45.99 (MWATCH.APP* R2S7 NORTH YORK ON) appeared on my Mastercard. At no point during sign-up was a CA$45.99 recurring subscription clearly disclosed to me, and the app never appeared in my Apple subscriptions — billing was taken directly through their website.

When I emailed help to cancel and request a refund, I received an instant, clearly scripted response: subscription cancelled (reference NUV-9A4AE80D), but refund refused, citing their “Terms of Use.” Notably, their replies only ever discussed the CA$6 “trial fee” and never once addressed the CA$45.99 charge by name, even after I asked them directly and specifically about it. Their second reply stated it was their “final word.”

The company High Club took my payment last week and they have still not acknowledged my payment nor responded to my many emails both by email and by their online form and they say the have an online chat, well that's a lot of BS! I've even sent emails to their main customer service department. I would strongly warn against this company that does not post a customer service number nor have the ability to respond to urgent emails of an e-transfer sent and received with the wrong recipient. AND I have no way of contacting them to resolve the issue HenryB

I wrote a complaint about a sofa was sold through a company which was sold through a company that asked for our bank details to put money from the buyers in but what they did is take money out of my account £425... drained my account..... when i complained no help what so ever just open to others get ripped off

Chloe & Rose store closing is a scam. I bought a pomerian puppy sculpture almost 2 years ago.
It was bought under a different name, closing sale.
I found out the last time I emailed that my dog was manufactured in China 🇨🇳. Thinking the company manufactured in Canada. When I bought then it was a family business. They say all their products are design at Chloe & Rose. THEY ARE FALSE ADVERTISING, NOT ALL MADE IN CANADA

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Shoppers Drug Mart / Loblaw online support. I received damaged items and was repeatedly sent in circles between store, online team, and Canada Post with zero clear resolution or coordination.

Despite multiple attempts and following every instruction, I still have no replacement or confirmed outcome. Complete waste of time and extremely poor customer service.

Finish was rushed. Not good quality. Argumentative owner. Did not do as they promised. Speeding with many complaints from townspeople.

On June 2nd I did a search on a telephone number. Claritycheck asked me for 85 cents for the info. I sent the money from PayPal. Apparently it meant I signed a subscription. On June 10th a further $38.99 was taken out of paypal. I cancelled the subscription. I recieved notification that it was cancelled as of June 11th. A further $38.99 was automatically withdrawn. I tried to cancel again but it said it was already cancelled as of June 11th. The help number does not exist. I need help to cancel this scam. I would like a refund of my $38.99 but there is no way to get through to them

Has anyone ordered from VarietyNana ? I purchased 2 of their cat sleeping bags. To begin with they took more money than stated and sent me two pieces of garbage. Their ads show furry cuddly cat bags. What I received were 2 bags, white and no fur whatsoever. There is some kind of cat head print on the top. The material is not even warm enough for inside use. Contacting them was a waste of time. They wanted me to pay for the return and if lost in the process I was out of luck. Final offer was 50%. I informed them I would contact appropriate sites to expose them. I have copies of our exchanged emails as well as photos of the garbage.

I should have read reviews before ordering. I ordered weeks ago and received what appears to be an invoice with tracking information. When I try to track I am told the page doesn’t exist. I have emailed several times and I get back the same bot response. They refuse to cancel my order and refund my money. I do not recommend this company. I have been scammed

Ive been a paying customer over 20 years and was refused a payment plan for 360$ with bell!! Was hung up on over 4 times and refused service for a human being in need. No heart just a number for them! Horrible customer service

Placed a order with Faisly for bath bombs for children.
On their site the description says safe for children and non toxic
I received the box and there were warnings. Not for children. If you get in your eyes, rinse if doesn't clear it up then go as quick as possible to nearest hospital. That is NOT child friendly so I didn't even take the plastic off the box. I had to send pictures. I sent NUMEROUS pictures and they keep saying the plastic has been removed and it's been opened. How many freaking pictures do I have to send. You can clearly see the plastic has never been removed so they won't return it. They're freaking liars.
Maybe get someone who isn't half blind to see the pictures.
I also placed a small order of cloths. The order shipping status hasn't moved in close to a month. I asked them why.
Then get an email saying I canceled it and I didn't!! What the hells wrong with these people. The worst service in my entire life with any company and im 66.

Ordered from Rathwood in November, to be delivered late January. Despite several calls and mails, nothing has arrived. In March I cancelled and requested a refund which was promised on March 23rd and again on April 3rd. However, nothing since. Now I will have to go to litigation.

I went on line and ordered a part from Mopar parts canada, a door weather strip the part was 51 dollars , i put my vin in the system like they ask to verify the part and vehicle you will not get a refund back if the part is wrong without a vin verification, i do that , it comes back and says vehicle confirmation on the vin ,part, and price of 51 dollars for my truck , i was thinking about it and I got an email a couple days later saying if I order the part i will get 10% off shipping, I'm ok all sounds good I ordered the part , two days later I ask for a tracking number i don't see any movement, they write back my parts on hold because it the wrong part, that the part for my truck is 220 dollars that's right folks over 4 times the amount of the price that was confirmed after they took my money, they asked for my card number and cvv , remember my vehicle, part number and price were all confirmed, I was not happy and the parts guy Ryan was extremely rude and sarcastic implying I'm to stupid to understand what he was explaining as to why , I asked to speak to management numerous times and nothing, i said this is the actual definition of the bait and switch scam , after you take my money quadruple the price after it was confirmed or I don't get my part , he said it is not bait and switch at all it was the wrong part , my response was but the vehicle, part number and price were confirmed, this is 100% bait and switch scam and the police need to look into this under the name of Mopar parts canada

I purchased the BuTure V50 vacuum on Amazon (Order #32863). From early on, the vacuum has repeatedly cut out during normal use and does not function properly.

I have emailed BuTure several times and attached proof of purchase and documentation of the issue, but I have received no response.

I am extremely disappointed in both the product quality and the lack of customer support. At this point, I am requesting a refund or replacement. Buyers should be aware of the risk if customer service is needed.

I purchased a Tineco 3 Ifloor ultra in 2024 and it worked well until recently when the suction function stopped working and the machine stopped running after 3 minutes.
When I contacted the Tineco company they seemed more concerned that the machine was under warranty, I told them it wasn't and I was looking for information about the issue or where a service facility in Canada would be.
They were of no help whatsoever, the only service centers are in the USA and they did not offer any recommendations for repair, what might be wrong or if you can get parts.
Sad that all.these apiances that don't last will end up in the garbage.

Fraud was committed on my bank card from Ukrainian Credit Union I went to my branch told them about fraud They gave me a new card but still let two frauds go through my accounts emptying my funds when I went in to branch to sign fraud statements the manager at the branch acted like I was lying and trying to scam them I was very upset and told her she was acting like I was lying Will not be dealing with this Ukrainian Credit Union very much anymore I am expecting a settlement soon but will not be dealing with this bank was treated horribly for something that was not my fault

Jackpot city Casino is extremely slow. It took money over 65 minutes ago from my bank account and it has not yet shown up in their casino. Where is it? There’s no kind of actual customer service, so I’m feeling ripped off. No money credited and no idea where my money is or went but they took it. I have proof of that.
