The Content of the online course i was enrolled in was brilliant. However navigating the website was an absolute horror
It is very difficult to navigate the website to get to what you need. when i submitted assessments, it would freeze and not allow you to go forward, when you click back so you can redo it or refresh the page, it will mark the assessment as failed.
The worst is there is no way to contact support. all the emails i sent returned, there is no way to request support from the website either.
I'm Just frustrated as i have been on unit 1 of a course for almost 2 months now and can't progress to Unit 2 if you cant successfully submit the assessments from Unit 1

Complete care training couldn’t have been better. It’s so structured, and well presented. I was worried about being overwhelmed but it’s broken down, and there is so much support.

I really enjoyed the course. I was worried that it would be another boring course that didn’t engage but the questions and assignments put me to the test and has 100% helped me improve. The self assessment section brings it all together really well.

10 out of 10. I would highly recommend this.
