Can't believe I didn't write this review sooner as I had a computer built last Christmas. The first time I ever got a PC was through Computer Orbit so already knew it would be a good experience but this exceeded expectations massively.

I went in store around December 14th time to get a new computer using some parts I already had bought from CO during a sale. The store assistant, Hayden I believe, walked to my car with me to get my parts out, spoke in detail about specs and what would go into the system giving recommendations and letting me explain my reasoning. I offhandedly mentioned wanting a white build when picking my case and it seems this was noticed as when I got my computer all the cabling was white to fit! After this discussion they were kind enough to let me pay 60% at the moment and then return on collection with the final 40%.

The build was done very quickly around 3-4 days if I remember rightly and perfect in time for Christmas. I've been using it since nigh daily and never had a fault - I've even switched over to Linux and it still works perfectly, it's safe to say these guys are the best in the North East for computers and I'd argue the whole country I'll definitely be going back again for any computer needs.

Best price I could find on the internet with added bonus of free next day delivery.

My shopping experience was great. I am more surprised that the delivery time from the UK to the US was fast and timely. The package was well packed and it arrived to me without shipping damage. I would highly recommend this store to anyone local and overseas. Awesome shopping experience

The product itself (Rainy 75 keyboard) is fantastic, but my delivery experience with Computer Orbit was extremely frustrating.

Their chosen courier, Parcelforce, repeatedly provided incorrect information about my parcel. I was told to travel to the depot for collection, only to be informed on arrival that the parcel had already been sent out on a van. On another day, the parcel was sent to a Post Office after closing time, which caused the delivery to fail. Over the course of two days I spent roughly four hours travelling across the city in the rain trying to locate the parcel.

Eventually I did receive the keyboard, but only after several unnecessary trips caused by misinformation from the courier.

I contacted Computer Orbit with a detailed timeline of the issue and requested a small goodwill gesture to cover the travel costs incurred because of the courier’s errors. Unfortunately, the response I received stated that because the delivery was handled by a third-party courier, they were unable to provide any compensation.

The keyboard itself is excellent, but the delivery experience and the lack of support afterward were disappointing. I would recommend the store only if you are confident the delivery goes smoothly.

The customer support has been very helpful,they get back to you very quickly I would recommend. Would buy from them again!

I ordered my first gaming PC from Computer Orbit. The PC exceeded my expectations and was dispatched and delivered in less than 24 hours. In the current climate of PC components, this build was great value for money and actually cheaper than if i bought the individual components myself. The PC is expertly cable managed and maintains good temperatures even with heavy load. The item arrived very well packaged along with all retail boxes for the components should tou wish to sell them to upgrade later. I will definitely use Computer Orbit again.

I bought my first barebones keyboard kit from ComputerOrbit and ran into problems installing switches. Support agent Hayden gave perfect and product specific information, helping me build the keyboard from scratch. My second issue arose, related to the position for the Caps Lock switch, and again I received reassuring advice which helped me resolve the issue.

I paid extra for next day delivery and yet my parcel wasn’t dispatched untill 5 days after purchase and i received it 6 days after purchase . When contacting the store they were very rude

Reliable and fast service. I bought air cooling from Thermalright with a screen from them. I don't remember the exact model name, but the product was shipped the next day, even though I bought it at night. I received all receipts and transaction confirmations from them immediately after payment. Reliable service.

Initially, my interaction with COMPUTER Orbit was promising, but it unfortunately took a negative turn by the end.Before making my purchase, the seller was quite communicative, and they dispatched my expensive GPU (valued at AUD $4,429) promptly, ensuring it was well-protected during shipping. Regrettably, the GPU had significant coil whine, and despite acknowledging the unusual noise after guiding me through various troubleshooting steps, the seller later refused my return request. They directed me to file a warranty claim with Gigabyte instead of processing an RMA.This deflection is disappointing, as retailers should manage faulty returns, not leave customers to deal directly with manufacturers.When the seller declined my return, I resorted to opening a PayPal dispute, which COMPUTER Orbit swiftly escalated against me. The resolution process dragged on for nearly two months until PayPal assessed the situation and decided in my favor. Although I was finally reimbursed after returning the GPU, I ended up bearing the return shipping costs and endured unnecessary stress.Speedy shipping loses its value when after-sales support falters at the first hurdle. I strongly recommend COMPUTER Orbit take responsibility for their warranty commitments and refrain from redirecting customers to manufacturers for valid returns.

I sent my keyboard to Computer Orbit under warranty for repair. During the repair they have obviously overtightened the screws and have left cracks all around the case (the case of the keyboard is semi-transparent plastic with LEDs inside so very obvious) Computer Orbit have refused responsibility and ignore my emails.

Edit after response:
They have shown no proof that the keyboard wasn't damaged by themselves beyond what they "believe".

They are also lying about response times, they forgot about me for over 5 months, I have had to email them multiple times to get a response.

This below statement is just false at no point were repeated insults used. The only insult is the way this company treats it's customers.

"Unfortunately, your communications then escalated into repeated insults towards our staff"

This is the second gaming PC I have bought from computer orbit and honestly the service is great and so easy. I highly recommend using these thank you

Amazing company, great prices and great customer services. Ordered some RAM which of course is currently a pain to get for a good price. It was affordable and shipped quickly. I had some questions regarding my order, and the staff were quick to respond to my query and reassure me. The order has just arrived, and I couldn't be happier. I'm excited to build my PC once I can get the other parts. It's been a great experience with the company though, can't reccomend them enough.
