My sister has used Computer Repair Doctor several times for phone repairs and was happy with their service so I thought I would try them out. I can say I'm beyond totally happy with the staff and service. I took my laptop in on a Friday and got an estimate on the following Monday with an apology for not calling on Saturday. Parts for my laptop had to be ordered and would take several days to arrive so my laptop wouldn't be available for pickup until Friday. To my amazement I got a call on Tuesday to say my laptop was fixed and ready for pickup. Computer Repair Doctor is definitely my go-to place for repairs in the future.

I received prompt, excellent service.

I needed a new touch-screen and hinge replacement on my laptop. The technicians at Computer Repair Doctor were always in communication with me about the status of the repair. Even though the parts ordered did not initially fit my laptop, they ordered another set of parts. Even though it took 6 weeks to repair my computer, I did not need to pay extra for parts or labor. Great service and constant communication from them!

i have a dead computer im hoping it can be revived

These guys are knowledgeable and courteous.

Quickly and professionally repaired my iPhone, and at a reasonable rate.

CRD saved the day for me! They found the problem with my notebook computer in just a couple of hours, and helped me get back into production mode the next day. In my case the problem was the main-board. They had a nicely refurbished notebook and they were able to swap out the hard-drive from problem PC into the refurbished one. All worked great. Replacement PC is working just like my old one. Thank you, Computer Repair Doctor!

Very professional and timely with their repairs. Repair (so far) seems like they addressed the issues I was having with my CPU fan noise.

Such a good painless experience. I was expecting the worse and got the best. Price as quoted over the phone. Done rather quick.
Good to see somethings go as planned

Dropped it off in the morning to have the fan changed out. Had it back a few hours later. Excellent service!!!!

We love Computer Repair! They are always quick, friendly, and knowledgeable.

It was a very good experience. The service was quick, efficient and responsive. The issues with my computer were clearly explained. I felt that I could trust your staff. The cost was also reasonable.

Replaced my dying battery in my iPhone with a much better battery.
