Windy Nguyen from Conical Travel was extremely helpful in organising guide and transport according to my choice and preferences. We enjoyed the Vietnam experience whole lot specially Sapa and Ninh binh with driver Chu and guide Nam in Danang.

My wife and I were in Vietnam for 5 weeks Feb-Mar 2025, and our tour with Conical was easily the highlight of the entire trip! Mr. Vu from Conical created a custom tour with a lot of trekking (no motorcycles) which is more to our taste.

Our guide, Duc, took great care of us during the 9 days, and was always informative regarding the history of the region. We still keep in touch on social media! Our driver, Mr. Thuy, always with a smile, was very safety-minded on the narrow roads of the North East.

Our first visit to Vietnam and we had a great time. Big thanks to Conica Travels. The accommodation, pickup and drop, tour guides and the service made the tour memorable.

On the tour guide front, they were the best and made it so comfortable, except for the Ho Long bay tour with Ling ( he was rude).
Da NANG accommodation was the best and Hanoi was reasonably good. Ho Chin Minh accommodation could be better, but the location was awesome.

The constant support they WhatsApp and 5 star level service made the tour exceptional. Would recommend Conica travels for all Vietnam travels.

We traveled around the north of Vietnam with Conical for 3 weeks. Fantastic experience!
Our guide Zyang (and driver Sun) brought us to many unique places. We asked for a trip with a decent amount of hikes, a bit off the beaten path.
They delivered on all accounts! We went to places not many tourists go, and also saw the more well known places when it was worth it.
Zyang knew the right places (and things) to eat, while showing us the different kinds of food and the local culture. They were also flexible to accomodate our wishes. Most places we stayed at were quite luxurious. We felt very welcome everywhere, both at people's homes and in Vietnam in general.
I can't recommend them enough, we had a wonderful trip!

An outstanding experience. From start to finish everything was thoroughly organised. There was so much of Vietnam I wanted to see and Jack created a perfect itinerary to suit both pace and budget.

The guides on this northern Vietnam tour were all fantastic. We covered a lot, Hanoi, Ha Giang, Don Vang, Yen Minh and more. Exploring villages, meeting ethnic tribes, sampling the local cuisine, oh and not forgetting the happy water. Thank you Jack and all the wonderful, guides, drivers and hospitality personnel that contributed to making my experience truly unforgettable.

My Mom and I had a perfect trip through Northern Vietnam. Jack was helpful and responsive when I booked, and he even helped me quickly secure a visa when I had an unexpected issue. Our guide, Mr. Lee, is an incredibly special man. His love for his country and the people taught me so much about Vietnam’s culture and history. We came right as the rice harvest started! On this trip North, we saw how Tay, Hmong, Lo Lo Chai lived and farmed and had beautiful hikes. We had an unforgettable dinner and stay with a welcoming family at a Tay home stay on our last night at Ba Be Lake. My favorite part was getting to stay in the smaller towns or cities up north - I loved Dong Van and Cao Bang - and eating dragon fruit on the side of the road!! I am a planner and this trip was ORGANIZED and well run!! Finally, the trip wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing driver Mr. Duc! He had such a sparkle and a great sense of humor - and he got us through some long drives safe and sound. We met his family on the drive into Ha Giang, and they gave us the best papayas I’ll ever have straight from their garden. Thank you again to Mr. Lee, Mr. Duc, and Mr. Jack, and I hope our paths cross again one day. Vietnam is an amazing country and I can’t recommend this experience enough.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with Conical Travel. Jack answered all our questions prior to the trip very promptly and was a hero in assisting us when there was a problem with my daughter's Visa. Our guide Mr Lee was so intelligent, charming and kind, as well as full of good humor! Mr Duc drove us and he proved himself to be a true professional on some difficult roads and was also a lovely and fun travel companion. Northern Vietnam was supremely gorgeous and captivated us with mountains, rice fields, rivers, lakes and caves. A true cultural experience meeting many local people and exploring villages and towns. Terrific hiking, comfortable accommodations and great local food and beer! Thank you!

Unser Vietnam-Urlaub begann, als wir am Flughafen von unserem Reiseleiter Minh und dem Fahrer sehr herzlich begrüßt wurden. Minh organisierte und zeigte uns den Norden Vietnams für die nächsten fünf Tage. Hanoi, Sapa, Ninh Binh und schließlich die Halong-Bucht waren Teil der Reiseroute.
Vietnam hat uns von Anfang an in seinen Bann gezogen. Aber vor allem dank Minh, unserem Reiseführer, wurde dieser Abschnitt unserer Reise zu einer unvergesslichen Erfahrung.
Trotz unserer häufigen Reiseerfahrung haben wir selten einen so guten Reiseführer gehabt, der schnell ein gutes Verständnis für unsere Interessen entwickelt hat, den Ablauf sehr flexiblen gestaltet hat und zwischendurch immer für eine positive Überraschung gesorgt hat. Es war eine perfekte Mischung aus Sehenswürdigkeiten, faszinierenden Details und dem authentischen Leben, das für uns wichtig ist.
Wir empfehlen wärmstens Conical Travel und unseren Guide Minh. Die gesamte Organisation war außerordentlich gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Our guide Châu was wonderfull. She did everything she could to inform us, to help us and take care of us. The trip to the Cu Chi tunnels were very interesting and the trip to the Mekong Delta was also very nice, but a bit too touristic.

Getting up into Vietnam's wild northeast is not easy, and Conical Travel is a pretty clear best option among relatively few decent operators. Jack van Conical Travel was zo geweldig. Hij heeft voor ons een mooie en goed georganiseerde vakantie naar Cambodja georganiseerd om Angkor te bezoeken. Hij was erg attent, voorzichtig en lief en reageerde heel snel op onze e-mails.
