Amazing service. Website easy to navigate, found what I was looking for straight away and transaction completed in no time. Delivery arrived as scheduled and everything what I ordered was complete and packaged very well. Also excellent communication all the way from ordering to delivery. This is now my go to place for all my security needs

I called Connectec and explained I have a brain tumor and not very good with technical issues.
I merely wanted to know how to reset the leads to my dashcams which had become loose. The original cameras were fitted by this company.
Sadly i was met with a could not care less attitude and told to go to a local garage. All I wanted was some advise to ensure I had the confidence to use the car with the devises operational. I now have the stress of not knowing if I can get them to work properly.

If you are in the market for security products don’t be surprised if you end up on Connectec’s website as the product lines and spare parts are cheap and plentiful.

Only one minor niggle - they usually pop in a little bag of sweets in your parcel with your order - imagine how crushed I was when I received my latest order, threw the parts to one side and searched for my sweeties. No! Nothing there! Whaaaat!
My wife found me sobbing in my man cave but was less than sympathetic.

Ordered a part and paid for next day delivery, i was given a 1 hour time slot that came and went after several messages telling me to wait, i watched the van drive past without stopping, then sending a message they had missed me !
After complaining the delivery company called me, asked me to answer security questions, then hung up on me, i now have to wait until the part is returned to get a refund, disgusting service.

We've come to rely on Connectec. When compared to service from other distributers these guys are faster, usually lower priced, excellent with the packing and always helpful on the phone. Next day delivery is always on time. Many orders placed over the years and they're always right and always on time. The haribo is a nice bonus. As long as they stay like this we'll keep sourcing from them.
