Used website to order a tv cabinet. Communication following the order was very efficient. Order confirmation plus other information about the order was received very promptly. Received an invoice for the purchase promptly too.
Received another invoice on the day the delivery was confirmed and received communication about the reason for this plus details about the delivery. The delivery was handled very efficiently with good communication from the delivery team. All in all, from order to delivery, I was very impressed.

Due to shortages related to covid worldwide situation the delivery took over a month but I was informed in advance of the situation and always in a loop. Great customer service! Once received, each piece clearly labelled but it took some time to assemble. Nice hardware kit with a screwdriver but did not last long. Desk is really lovely, just the right size. USB ports working great and very useful. Overall experience GREAT. Highly recommend their products and services.

This is more the fault of COVID than the company itself, but it did take an additional 3 weeks before being delivered than said on the website meaning a whole 6 week wait.

I was informed of the longer time taken to deliver, however was not offered any form of discount in compensation for my additional wait

Once the desk arrived, it was easy to assemble (managed it myself in less than an hour) and really happy with the product

This is a very mixed review due to the length of time I waited for my desk to be delivery. I was given three separate dates over eight weeks, it wasn't their fault as there were delays at the ports along the way. Then told on the third date the desk was on its way to be delivered, to be then told this delivery had been lost or gone somewhere unknown. Eventually the desk arrived unexpectedly and all is well. I think the communication from company could be better and improved i.e. let the customer know without the customer having to sit on the chat function for over half an hour and no one answering, to sending emails that were not answered, to then told they would let me know what's happening and didn't. In the end I had to phone the company and ask again because I didn't know what was happening. I was offered my money back only after asking for it twice, which they'd had for a couple of months, and offered a completely new delivery. Saying they would send an email to confirm what had been arranged and didn't send the email. The desk arrived two days later and it is lovely and just what I wanted. But the whole purchase from start to finish was frustrating due to the lack of communication from the company. I can't fault the desk however. Would I purchase from this company again? NO not if they say advanced order because they can't be sure they can deliver when promised or communicate in a way that is productive for customer satisfaction.
