Still the worst company I’ve dealt with. Do not trust. They agree everything verbally then shaft you on the contract. READ WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING!!! Never reply to complaints as I imagine there’s too many.
Today I received my router
Today I received my router. This was programmed for someone else. So did not work.
I got fantastic lad in phon called Cal. He was brilliant ant talking me through how to reprogram it. 10/10 for Cal
This is reason I give you 3 stars as guy was so good…. Or it would have been 0
Unfortunately it ate up a lot of my day and I missed 2 jobs that I had to price.
You guys please get basics right. Time is money as you know.

Cal was very patient, explaining each step in connecting our telephone without any jargon in language I could understand.

I would not recommend this company at all.
The agreement was not properly explained to me when I signed up. Key details about the costs and how the contract works were either unclear or not communicated upfront, which has left me feeling misled.
I was also expecting a broadband service as part of the package, but this was never actually provided – only a phone system. This was not made clear at the time of sale.
Now I’m locked into a long-term agreement and paying far more than I feel the service is worth. Overall, the whole setup feels poorly explained and very disappointing.
This is unfortunately just another experience of feeling ripped off by a telecom company.
I would strongly advise others to read everything very carefully and question exactly what they are signing up for before agreeing to anything.Be AWARE TWO AGGREMENTS FOR ONE SYSTEM The Kennet agreement

Connecting britian is the best provider.
Connecting britian has been fantastic from the start. They quoted a better price to combine all of our phone and broadband services into one. After accepting, they made the switch a breeze and did all the paperwork for us. they sent a engineer out who installed the broadband and phones and did not leave site until they worked. the after service is maybe the best i've ever known. If there is phone issues, i can email them and within minuets ive got a call or email back from a support op and the issues is resolved without me lifting a finger. all round great company to deal with!

Fantastic company , cant fault their customer service, honesty and support .
Leaving the major uk telecommunications company was hard but definitely worth it - cant recommend Connecting Briton enough . Would strongly recommend any business to consider them as a much better alternative

If I could leave one star I would. Contract promised on good terms and good price so initial happy but since overcharged us for 6 months by adding on two extra items to our invoice never agreed to. Finally got promise of refunds beginning Feb but still nothing. Still continue to charge us extra every month as well. Can never speak to account team or a manager. Just avoid all calls and constantly emails but nothing . Promise of phone calls but nothing. Their telephone opening promises First impression matter !!! Obviously don't. We are a small business and can't afford overcharge and it is illegal. I bet if we cancelled our DD soon get a chase up though from them. Avoid. AVOID at all costs. Just like all telephone companies in end. Shame as had good initial set up.
What a robbing company
What a robbing company. Lies lies and more lies. Do not use this company. They automatically sign you up for things you have not asked for and then when you cancel it they keep taking the additional money and promise you they have refunded and it will show on the next invoice. Next invoice is again for the full amount. The company is a gand of sharks. Do not go near them.

As far as internet providers go, these guys seem good and at least you can speak to a human - Virgin Media could learn something from Connecting Britain

For months now I have been trying to stop being charged £99 a month for a router. £1500 later I am still being charged, and they don’t reply to emails
Yaaseen our new account manager was…
Yaaseen our new account manager was very polite and friendly on the phone today and very helpful.
Great support staff but accounts dept. not so efficient
I have been kept informed all the way through from placing the order to my new broadband being fully connected.
A particularly helpful person was Cal who very patiently talked me through connecting our new digital phones also the final stages once the router had been delivered. If not for Cal, I would have struggled.
My only grievance with Connecting Britain is that we had to pay for our new digital phones upfront. That was not the plan but despite having credit with many other suppliers and our insurance company, we apparently did not get through their credit check. I did say I would cancel however I was informed I could not cancel without paying our whole contract fee. This meant I had no other choice than to carry on. Connecting Britain did agree to let me pay this unexpected upfront cost in 3 monthly instalments.
This was set up and I paid the first one immediately and paid the second one on the date it should have been paid and thought nothing of it. A day after the 2nd instalment I received an email reminding me to pay. I replied saying it was paid on the correct date and I had an email back just saying they had now checked and it had been paid.
I think that the accounts team should have checked BEFORE emailing me asking for a payment that I had already sent them. I have yet to pay the final instalment that is due in March.
