Absolutely horrible experience - please pick any other payroll provider! I spent thousands only to learn they never actually filed reports in places they claimed to. I had to hound them repeatedly and was met with silence ambivalence and attitude. It’s been over 6 months since I stopped using them and I’m still having to call gov offices on a weekly basis to try to understand what they did / did not do and what I now need to do myself to close various accounts out. Total nightmare

Switching payroll companies was a great choice for the price and the excellent service. Kathleen is our Rep and she is always eager to assist and has or finds the answer. She saves me so much time!! Thanks Kathy, I appreciate you and hope CP does too:)

Connect Pay has been incredibly efficient and detail oriented for all of our chamber's needs. We were with another company that caused us to pay more in taxes than necessary and they wouldn't clean it up. Connect Pay helped us sort things out even though it wasn't their error. They are so easy to work and have saved us money. They even spent time and walked us through the ERC. I can't say enough great things about this great company!

Tim Hamilton and his team at ConnectPay are absolutely fantastic. Tim took the time to understand my business, and then showed me how I would benefit from ConnectPay's expertise. He saved me 46% from what I was paying through ADP. His service is unparalleled. Tim always picks up the phone when I call with questions, and checks in once a month to see how things are going. I've recommended ConnectPay to all my friends and clients that are business owners. It's always nice to have a vendor that you know, like and trust.

I signed up with connect pay in 2023. In october I got a letter from department of labor saying i failed to comply. I called connect pay and they blamed the DOL but said it was fully resolved. Fast forward to january i am issued a fine by the DOL. I called connect pay and they said they would look into it. It is now march and I have called, emailed multiple times to get an explanation of what happened and all I hear is that their tax department is looking into it. If you want headaches with payroll this company is the right fit for you.

My agency recently left a PEO and moved to ConnectPay. The pricing is great and the onboarding was smooth. The system is easy to understand and I have dedicated support when needed.

This is how it should work. People who say what they mean and actually do it. Thorough, and responsible. I can count on Connect Pay to do the job right!

Connect Pay has been easy to communicate with during the transition process. When a few little bumps have come up here and there, they were quick to work with me on getting the situation resolved. Very professional and courteous service! Still figuring out the software/platform so that is why just 4 stars vs 5 stars.

ConnectPay makes payroll easy, great technology and one on one personal support should you need it. I have been with ConnectPay for six years and never once had a problem. Great people that have your back.

Keep getting the same error message #500! And when I finally do get logged in it won't let me change the client. This SOFTWARE is the worst I've ever had to work with. Looking for a new system!

Liz Kulis is probably the reason I'm so happy with Connect pay. She goes above and beyond every time I call, and its often. Everyone there is the most professional I've dealt with.
