My experience was not like all the amazing reviews… the woman Teresa was not helpful. I gave her my medical info and all the Doctors that I have, having SLE/Sjorgren I have a few different doctors. After giving her the names of most of them, she told me I would have to lose my primary, because of an old address she had. I had told her that is not the address for they had moved over 2 yrs ago. After a lengthy conversation about the address she had the nerve to tell me that there was no plan to cover me in El Dorado county, after that conversation I was physically and mentally drained. No thank Connie Health

Julie was so very patient and helpful
Julie was so very patient and helpful. She was able to explain many of the insurance quirks in California. We had a Humana policy in Colorado but the transition to California insurance was terrible. We ended up with an Aetna policy for 2026 which they dropped as of December 2026. I am looking forward to more discussion about our new Humana PPO.
