Faultless, prompt delivery. Was apprehensive to order as had read many of the other reviews, but needs must due to my toddler losing a beloved comfort blanket that couldn't be replaced by any other shop or site! Worth the risk...
I received an order update each day after I placed the order until it was dispatched on day 3 (first working day after order). Then received tracking details for DHL which worked fine. Received the item (sent from Germany to the UK) in perfect condition 7 days after ordering.
Perhaps I just got lucky, but everything went very smoothly.

Still no delivery ( or likely delivery date) although I did get an email from Connox asking to complete a survey as my option matters to them !
Wish I’d never placed an order with them.

After reading so many negative reviews, I hesitated to purchase items from their store, but I did it anyway since their price is much better than any other website I can find. However, my shopping experience is excellent. They shipped my item within three days, as they promised, with a tracking number. The item arrived today, which is much faster than they estimated. The package is wrapped professionally without any damage. I definitely will be a return customer.

I am very happy with both the product I purchased and the service. I was able to follow the package as it made it's way across the ocean. I received it in a timely manner and it was safely packaged.

I do not recommend doing business with Connox. We ordered chairs in May 2023, but ultimately due to shipping delays and payment errors, we decided to cancel our order.
Is it now end of August 2023 and we have yet to receive our funds back. We have followed up multiple times and have not yet heard back.
I strongly do not recommend this company to other small business owners like myself, or consumers of any level.

Delivery times are always wild underestimates, they send missing pieces and quote 6 week back orders to fix, and have lousy customer services

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! They sent me only a tiny part of what I ordered and this is after one month of waiting for it to arrive in the mail. They are running some kind of scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Very poor service. I ended up having to pay a UK customs fee of £50 which was not reflected in the delivery price. No offer to reimburse even part of this, despite my request. Also general delays and service issues. Would strongly recommend NOT to buy anything from Connox, particularly if you are based in the UK. Have also experienced long delays with another item - still has not arrived after four weeks.
Connox says in the response that the requirement to pay the customs charge is mentioned on their website. Are they really expecting the customer to go into their website and read their entire terms and conditions before making a purchase? Obviously no one does that and it is misleading for them to suggest otherwise.

Very pleasant to do business with Connox.
Deliveries are always fast and troublefree.
The prices are usually very good and the products are in stock so not very long waiting times.
Also, always super good and very friendly service.
I can highly recommend!

Ich habe immer gute Erfahrungen mit Connox gemacht. Die Lieferung kann sich verzögern, aber ich habe das Gefühl, dass die Kommunikation sehr transparent ist. Im Vergleich zu anderen Designshops habe ich für jeden Fortschritt meiner Lieferung eine Update-E-Mail erhalten. Es ist einer meiner Lieblingsdesignshops im Moment! Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen weiterhin einen guten Kundenservice bieten kann!

Ich werde nie wieder bei connox bestellen. Im September habe ich bestellt. Nach 3 Wochen hiess es, dass die Bestellung im November geliefert wird. Auf meine Anfrage per Mail hiess es, dass sie diesen Termin nicht einhalten konnten und mir keinen neuen Liefertermin geben können. 3 Monate habe ich für nichts und wieder nichts gewartet. Das Geld habe ich bis zum jetztigen Zeitpunkt auch noch nicht zurückerhalten.
Empfehle ich absooolut nicht.

I would give 0 star if possible!!!! Delivery time was a joke! My order was missing items, never got my money back or the missing items!! Customer service never got back to me. AVOID!!!!

I ordered 4 items, it has passed 1.5 months and none of them were delivered. I wrote to the customer service and they said that they are waiting to have all items in stock to ship them together but if i need them sooner they can ship separately. I asked to ship separately as it has been too long to wait and they just disapeared. Not responding to multiple attempts to get in touch with the and still don't have the items delivered. I am already thinking if this is a fraudulent page as I cannot get to them.
