Cannot recommend highly enough. After breaking the HDMI port on my PlayStation 5 and asking around locally for it to be fixed, no one would do it for less than £100. I then found Console Portal, Steve's customer service is fantastic and put my mind at ease sending my Playstation in the post up to Leeds (I live near London) and the price was a hell of a lot cheaper for them to fix it.

I sent the PlayStation away on a Friday morning from the QR code that was sent to my email. Console Portal received the following day and my console was fixed on Monday and I received the PS5 on Wednesday. The whole process was less than 5 days...impeccable service.

Same day pickup kept me informed all the way got ps5 back within 3 days ps5 all fixed great service

My son’s PS5 had a fan issue, and I’d been nervously searching for weeks for somewhere to send it for repair. After ringing on Thursday, they collected the PS5 on Friday and returned it on Tuesday - fully fixed! Incredible service, highly recommended!

Just before packing to send I tried the console and it was working, I rang the company and were very understanding and refunded the money straight away. Although I haven’t used them this time, I certainly would in the future for how good the service and communication was
