If you are a company - please think twice about using their service

If you are a company looking to use their services. Please do not! They take more than 4 days to get back on support queries, if even that.

We are still waiting for a bug fix from September. It will be December next week. Empty promises, no support at all, and the CEO does not care or bother to help resolve issues.

Sad, disappointing and just unethical.

After checking with our team, it appears that we responded to your ticket within 24 hours on November 18th and applied the fix immediately. It’s possible that the email may not have reached you or ended up in a spam/promotions folder, as we didn’t see a reply on that thread until a new ticket was opened on November 25th.

We genuinely want to make sure everything is fully resolved for you. If you’re still experiencing any issues, please reply to our latest email from support@constructor.tech, and we’ll prioritize your case.

BAD EXPERIENCE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS
Very long selection processes. They have no regard for the time spent by the candidates and I suspect their intention is to steal design ideas.
I also asked for feedback and it was not given after the hours I spent on a task they asked me to do.
NOT A RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE. To be avoided.
