I was cold called by CC. It sounded like the agent was calling from home, so I had difficulty hearing him clearly. I was suspicious about the line of questioning & said I uncomfortable giving out any information about how much I currently pay for Broadband. As I wouldn't answer this question the agent said he would end the call & I said I was happy to do so.

VERY ANNOYING AGENT HASSELED ME FOR MY SORT CODE/ACCOUNT NO WHICH I REFUSED THEN SIGNED ME UP TO VIRGIN MEDIA WITHOUT MY CONSENT ABSOLUTE CON COMPANY

I was lied to on the phone by a salesperson, given an inaccurate cost for my first payment and inaccurate delivery time. Been without Internet for well over a week. Its very telling that their telephone number has 2 options for sales and existing customers, and the existing customers line takes you to an automated reply telling you to email and the sales option you get through right away. Honestly so so so disgusted with my experience. I was also told to wait 48 hours for a response and it's nearly been a week. Shop elsewhere.

Excellent broadband choice, pricing and customer service. Kacper was knowledgeable, polite and patient. He went above and beyond for me to find my product of choice. I am very happy. Thank you Kacper.

This morning I was looking threw consumer choices for deals on broad band once I selected what type of deal I was after; I received a phone call in seconds which I think is excellent customer service alone!
I spoke with a lovely gentleman named Micky whom explained everything to me in great detail (because I'm not the best when it comes to this type of thing) he was very patient with me, he took the time to explain things at my pace so I understood everything. I really couldn't of spoken to a better person, hands down he was & is the best customer service employee I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with & I really wish they was more like him. He was very respectful, cheery & polite honestly the list goes on. 10/10 Micky thank you for an amazing helpful relaxing phone call & for the great deal I received. I really think with your great attitude to customers you will go far in the future & you deserve to. Thanks again for a great experience.

This morning clicked the link to say I was interested via Consumer Choices regarding BB & the phone rang straight away… Great start! I spoke to a guy Martin who was just really nice.. nice voice no hard sell just facts…. Told him I used to work for BT so while explaining a few things he very respectfully referred to me having worked for BT I would know what he meant… all in all a very pleasant seamless pain free experience! Thanks Martin! Told you I’d leave you a review 😂♥️👊🏽

I am shocked with terrible service, extremely bad experience and headache caused me from company Consumer choices and my attempts to cancel my broadband contract within the legal 14 days term.
Briefly. Ten days ago l got many calls from Brandon who phone me on behalf of company. I agreed to join them, gave him my bank details. After that l did not get any sing of them and l decided that was not right company for me. All my trays to contact with them and cancel my agreement failed.

After my first negative review with you l received the most ridiculous answer from Tom (not mentioned his position in company) which is:
"Unfortunately we aren't able to process cancellations, you would need to contact the service provider directly. If you give them a ring they will be able to take care of this for you. I hope this helps.
Regards, Tom"

It turns out l am on their system, but they do not know or do not want to tell me who is my provider to whom my bank details are passed, do not know who is Brandon who "forgot" to say for me provider's name and doesn't contact me???
I state this is pure blackmail and Consumer choices breaks my customer right to cancel my agreement within 14 days.

My conclusion is Consumer choices is fishing, fraud company, which aims is just to catch customers and blackmail them.
If l am not satisfied with future Consumer choices answers and actions l will be forced to take further legal actions.

I saw this broadband deal on Facebook so I applied. I received a call within ONE minute from a young man called Craig. Some service phone calls are better than others but this one stood out for me. This young chap is an expert at his trade. A very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He found me a great deal for unlimited broadband, unlimited calls and a constant un-throttled broadband speed of 40+mbs. In the process he saved me around £14pm. I will recommend this to my family and friends and to any of you out therein the UK who may read this. Happy days.
