The items ordered were correctly delivered, though they did not have enough in stock for my needs, so I had to order the rest elsewhere. However the service was accurate and fast.

Pro active approach. Called as I was placing the order as they had an issue earlier in the day. Wasn't an issue anymore but just making sure. Most companies just react. Great sign immediately. Goods arrived promptly. Yet to fit but all seems in order.

My order for a consumer unit was based on the fact it was in stock and available quickly. Despite the website showing in stock, unfortunately none of my order was. Therefore my experience was not great, I received my order 5 days late.

Always rely on them sending exactly what I ordered, and prompt delivery.

I order stuff, pricing is keen. It turns up to the right site. No Christmas freebees with this order, although it is March. I'll doubtless order more stuff and submit more reviews.

Just ok delivery, arrived late, but undamaged. No key lock (Lock, Square Key, Triangle Key or T Key). No cable guard edging or gland for lower supply cable entry. Finally, the MCBs are non standard, so you have to purchase Fusebox MCBs, which it did not state on the website! So, lots of additional wasted time late sourcing missing items and having to make an additional order for MCBs, after the unit arrives. Not happy!

All goods received as ordered and on time. This may sound simple, but so many companies cannot manage to send everything you order by the date they say they will. No such issues with Consumer Unit World. I have used CUW before and would use again.

I contacted them with a product inquiry, i was assisted by Matt Pearce. Who help me and sorted out everything. Thats why i only use these guys for my main supplies. Their service is quality.
