The Payment form does not make sense
The Payment form does not make sense. If you want me to type all of my information in for every transaction, that is fine, but I couldn't get from the order form to the payment for to do that. Then when you think you have submitted the form, up pops the payment form. Makes no sense because it should have come up earlier. Then, the payment form has dots in it. I cannot just confirm that the information is correct, I have to figure out how to delete that information and put all of the information in again. Also: you have 4 shipping charge options. Don't you just have a plain fee shipping option? It is crazy.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information. The payment information section appears during the final step of the checkout process and will be displayed once you select your preferred payment method. We currently offer payment by credit card, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.
Regarding shipping, we offer four shipping options, including our standard shipping service at a rate of $12.95 via First-Class Mail.

I purchased a box on daily contacts and…
I purchased a box on daily contacts and 1/3rd of the ones I have tried on have been damaged, unwearable and painful. Customer service stated that their policy is to only refund the amount of contacts damaged so far. I find this ridiculous since I have only worn about 28 out of the 90 day supply and I guarantee I will find more damaged lenses in the box. It may be safer for me to discard the box to prevent any future eye injury. Horrible policy, customer service is unable to reason. A new box should be the answer to this not just reaching out to them as I find damaged pairs. Totally lost me as a customer.

As an authorized retailer, we are required to follow the replacement and return guidelines established by each manufacturer, including their policies regarding defective contact lenses. Because it is extremely rare for an entire box of lenses to be defective, manufacturers typically only authorize replacements or refunds for the specific lenses that have been opened and tried.
We understand that this can be frustrating, particularly when you are experiencing issues with a new box of lenses. However, as an authorized retailer, we are obligated to adhere to the manufacturer's policies for all warranty and defect claims.

I was OK with the final price, if I had to jump through that many hoops to buy groceries I would starve to death. Why can they tell you UP FRONT what their price is??

Cheap and easy
The website and order forms were easy to navigate and the instructions were clear, and they had the best price that I found for my contacts. However, I did not see any way to add insurance information, but still the best price without it.

Consistently shows lower prices then adds fees!!
Consistently displays lower prices than competitors on online search. NEVER THE LOWEST ACTUAL COST!! Working your way thru check out with enough of these companies, you encounter the add on fees, etc.
I WOULD NOT recommend Contact Lens King. Check out ad fees and ons are high. Ends up MUCH higher than the other insurance accepting online sites.
My advice, order the first 30 days of contacts from the cheapest contact provider covered by your insurance. after that, search all you can, order the best price you can get. For my kids, it's been EZ contacts after insurance is exhausted.

Refund request for false advertisement on 2 day shipping.
I paid extra for 2 day shipping on wed 05-20-2026. My order was shipped on Thursday 05-21-2026 and tracking says the package arrives 05-25-2026. That's 4 days not 2 days. I need a refund of the extra I paid for 2 day shipping.

I sincerely apologize for the frustration this experience has caused.
After reviewing your order, I can confirm it was placed on 5/20 at 11:58 PM, which was after business hours. As a result, the order was processed and shipped the following business day, 5/21.
At checkout, when selecting Second Day Shipping, a notice was displayed stating:
“Orders ship once your prescription is verified and lenses are in stock. Next day or second day shipping deliveries are made on weekdays only.”
According to the UPS tracking information, your package was delivered within the timeframe provided by the carrier. Please also note that Monday was a federal holiday, and UPS was closed, so no deliveries were made that day.
We truly apologize for the inconvenience and understand your disappointment. However, because the order was delivered within the stated shipping timeframe, we’re unable to issue a refund at this time.
