Overall pricing was good compared to…competitors. Promotions for new clients not great.
Overall pricing was good compared to other lens sites, but the site had 3 issues that were irritating: 1) It asked to confirm cookie settings incessantly, maybe 30 times during my research and ordering, 2) the site promotes multiple ways to get a coupon for 1st order. The coupon code does not work. 3) The site promotes multiple times 10% off with mobile phone number registration. The coupon code does not work. That is misleading when you promote offers, your system clearly is set up to not allow based on the product selected, etc.

KING of Bait & Switch!!!
This website is the KING at the bait and switch. They advertise one of the most inexpensive prices for a 90 day multifocal contact lens. I attached my prescription, I then looked at the pricing......OMG, they added so many different fees and charges, it became near the pricing for the most expensive mid pricing companies. $150 or prescription verification when I already attached it? Processing fees are normal as all the companies are doing this crap but you just added a minimum of $15/box for a 90 day supply. Again, a complete bait and switch as there is NO DISCLOSURE of all the fees until you get ready to checkout. Don't use this company.

USPS is not a viable shipping partner
I live in Texas. Pkg went out 4/24. Arrived in Iowa on 4/27. Left Iowa on 4/28. Sent back to Iowa on 4/28. Pkg still in Iowa as of 4/29. Maybe consider shipping service besides USPS because in this age of Amazon next day delivery waiting a week (if I get lucky) doesn't cut it.

According to our records, your order was placed using the flat-rate $12.95 First Class Mail option with USPS. Based on the current tracking information, your package is still in transit and moving through the USPS network. This shipping method typically takes 3–7 business days, and it appears your shipment is still within that estimated delivery window.
If your package has not arrived after this timeframe, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team. We’ll be glad to assist further.

You offer a first time custonjer discount but then it does not work for sale price items. Then you charge a $95 process fee for an online order that requires 5 minutes of processing. Then you charge me $12.95 for shipping a two ounce package

HI. I do sincerely apologize the coupon could not be applied. As it states on all our sign up forms and the coupon itself: offer cannot be combined with existing sales or promotions. Also on our product page under the cost of the item it states: this item is on sale and not eligible for coupons. A processing fee will apply. If you click the "read more" the popup displayed explains the processing fee is a price per box that is associated with the sales cost of the item. In regards to the shipping fee, we apologize if you feel those rates are high. These fees are provided directly by the carrier and these fees include: fuel prices, taxes, freight and any other freight related costs. We do sincerely apologize for your frustrations however, we do our best to be upfront and transparent about all charges and terms/conditions.

Thank you for your patience. I’m sorry to hear that the delivery time did not meet your expectations.
After reviewing your order, I’d like to clarify the timeline. Your order was placed on April 14, at which time you requested that we contact your doctor’s office for prescription verification. The office did identify a discrepancy, and you were notified of this via email.
On April 15, you spoke with one of our agents to review the updated details. During that call, the pricing and total were confirmed and approved.
As this is a specialty lens, it must be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Our website notes that these lenses typically take 1–2 business days to arrive before shipping. Once received, your order was shipped within that timeframe and delivered on April 21 via UPS 2 Business Day service.
While we understand the process may have felt longer than expected, your order was processed, shipped, and delivered within the outlined timeframes, including the additional time needed to resolve the prescription issue and source the specialty product.
