I've been with Contacts Express for over 7 years now. I've never had a real issue with my orders, and whenever there was a delay or some other small hiccup the customer support team always helped and I was always satisfied by the outcome.

Haven’t received them yet. They are stuck in the mail somewhere due to mail strike, now I have added expense to order again from somewhere else who will deliver them.

I ordered the wrong prescription for my contacts and they took them back, no hassle and exchanged for the correct prescription. Customer service reached out to me within a couple hours of my original inquiry and followed up with me multiple times. Always a wonderful experience with this company and every staff member I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend!

Let me share an example: they advertise a sale price of $28.00 for a 30-pack of 1-Day Acuvue Moist, with a “regular price” of $40.00 per box. Sounds like a good deal, right? But once you go to place an order, the price suddenly changes.
Why? Because the $28 price only applies if you use a coupon—and you can only use the coupon if your order total is over $129. This important detail isn’t clearly mentioned up front.
If you decide to skip the coupon and just pay the full $40 per box, you’re still not done. At checkout, they hit you with shipping charges (at least $10) and a handling fee, which can really add up.
By the time you finish, you may end up spending more than you would at a local store—without any of the confusing fine print or surprise fees.
Bottom line: always compare prices carefully, check for hidden fees, and consider supporting your local shops. Sometimes they offer the best deal after all—no tricks.

I placed an order under the promise of next-day delivery. They shipped with a low-tier courier instead of the express service I paid for. Tracking falsely claims the item is “out for delivery” for over 24 hours.

When I attempted to call, they ignored my calls and routed me to voicemail. Upon testing, I discovered they are blocking all calls from customers with overdue orders, and rejecting blocked caller ID entirely. This is an active attempt to evade responsibility.

Their chat support gives automated, canned responses and never follows up. Their emails promise 24-hour responses with no follow-through. This appears to be part of a consistent pattern of fraudulent behavior.
