Container ownership. The order process was easy and the…
The order process was easy and the container delivery was awesome. I bought 2 within a year. I'm noticing deep rust on the sides and around the doors on both. I haven't had any leaks yet. They are both full from end to end because we've had our home demolished and stored our belongings in them.
They have 5 year wind and water warranty. I will be reaching out soon concerning the heavily rusted areas.

Thank you for your feedback, Martin, and thank you again for your repeat business. We’re glad to hear the ordering process was easy and that delivery went well.
The containers purchased were 40ft High Cube Wind and Water Tight units, which are intended to be structurally sound and protected against water intrusion, but can still show cosmetic wear such as rust from prior use. We appreciate you noting that the containers are not leaking, and if you do begin to see any water intrusion or related issue, please reach out to us directly so our team can review it with you under the warranty coverage.
We appreciate you taking the time to share both the positive parts of your experience and the concern you’re monitoring.

I got the container I ordered
I got the container I ordered. It was delivered when they said it would be. They have a check list to check off things like, can you see any holes in it,or do doors open and close properly. I checked off on everything . Although I only checked one side of the doors opening and closing and the side I didn’t check is nearly impossible to open and close. But it’s not exactly level either and I do believe that’s the problem. Other than the one door it’s great. Love it.

Upon inspecting the container when it arrived we noticed one was very difficult to close and secure the door properly. We ordered two and the first was nice and easy to open and close. The driver was insistent that nothing was wrong only that while it was still on his trailer that it “wasn’t level on the trailer” and that’s what the problem was. He just kept saying it’s fine and bullied us in to signing off that it was good. Ever since it has been placed we have leveled it and moved it up and down every which way and it feels exactly the same, difficult.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty with the door. We do want to note that container doors can sometimes require a specific opening and closing process, especially depending on placement and normal wear. This video may be helpful in showing the proper way to open and secure the container doors: https://youtube.com/shorts/5gFV8lf7f_Q?si=8-_AHTIHKqUl18lW
If you’re still having trouble after reviewing that, please contact us directly at claims@containerone.net so our team can look into the issue further and help work toward a resolution.

When I ordered the container
When I ordered the container, I was told it would be 3 - 5 days for delivery. It actually took almost a month to get this. I realize weather was a factor but not to the extent it it taking that long. The container itself is great. The delivery guy put it exactly where we wanted it.

Thank you for your feedback, Shirley. We’re glad to hear the container itself met your expectations and that the delivery driver placed it exactly where you wanted it.
We understand the timing took longer than expected, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Weather and delivery conditions can sometimes affect scheduling, but we’re pleased to hear the container and final placement turned out well for you.
Worst people to deal with
Worst people to deal with. Don’t work with customer on delivery dates. Rude to customers make up fees when try to cancel because they lie to customers about delivery dates. I have told everyone that I can don’t order a container from this company. TERRIBLE to talk to.

Resposta da Container One
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. After reviewing the history on your order, it’s clear there was frustration around delivery timing and a rescheduled appointment, and we understand how disruptive that was when time had already been set aside on your end.
That said, Container One does not make up charges or mislead customers about delivery dates. Delivery scheduling depends on driver availability, route conditions, and site readiness, and when those factors change, our team has to adjust accordingly. In your case, our team continued working to coordinate another delivery date and respond to your concerns rather than walking away from the order.
We know that does not change the inconvenience you experienced, but we do want to be clear that our goal is always to provide transparent communication and follow through on delivery as safely and efficiently as possible. We appreciate the opportunity to serve customers across the country, and we take feedback like this seriously.

It took SEVERAL months of thinking over the best route for me.I spent alot of time online looking at containers vs buildings, I went with a 40 foot from Container One. Best choice for me. They stayed in contact with me so I didn't forget them but was NEVER a pest

We’re sorry to hear this. We understand how frustrating it is when delivery takes longer than expected. Because shipping container deliveries require specialized trucks, trailers, and driver coordination, delays can sometimes happen when equipment issues arise or when the delivery setup has to be adjusted to complete the drop safely.
We know that does not make the wait any less frustrating, and we appreciate you sharing your feedback.

I recently left a review but heard nothing so I will try again. It took several times to schedule delivery and I was lied to multiple times each day that we tried to schedule. The container was in much worse shape than described and I threw my back out trying to open it and close it. After applying a lot of lubricants the doors are still very difficult to deal with and I am not sure what will fix it. I am giving a 2 rating because at least it doesn’t leak yet. I have advised all my neighbors who have asked to be very careful who they purchase a container from. I had a horrible experience. I have not Google reviewed so far because am waiting to see if you care to make any of this better or even explain why no one seems to care. My plan is September leave a Google review.

We are sorry you feel you were lied to about delivery reschedules. We go out of our way to tell the truth and keep customer updated. Sometimes the truth isnt what customers want to hear but we feel honesty is the best policy. We are also concerned because you are having issues with easily opening/closing doors. We have several video's and instructions on how to make them "easier" to operate. Being level is the biggest factor. When we delivered we demonstrated opening and closing of the doors and you signed the inspection but if you are now having issues reach out to our claims department. Sorry for any inconvience this may of caused.
