I could not be any more satisfied than I am. Everything that was promised was delivered. The container was nearly brand new. The delivery was seamless and professional. I can not recommend this company enough.

Delay was costly
Price was average. But delivery was delayed causing much additional cost. I would try a different company in the future.

Delivery can sometimes take longer than expected because scheduling depends on several moving parts, including container availability, transportation logistics, distance from the inventory location, weather, and site conditions. We know that does not lessen the impact when timing affects a customer’s plans, and we regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.
Look for a container somewhere else
I ordered, and prepaid for , a used,weather tight container for storage.The box that was delivered was a beat up, rusty, piece of junk that leaked in three places.When I contacted Container One to see how
we could rectify the situation,all I got was delay, defer
and denial.Finally, they offered to send me a weather strip kit so that I could make repairs myself. Some customer service. I scrapped, sanded ,caulked and painted the container inside and out, and it is now serviceable, and sits in the back corner of my yard.

The unit ordered was a Wind And Water Tight (WWT) container, which is a functional grade intended for secure storage and weather protection, but it can still show the cosmetic wear that comes with a used container. When appearance is especially important, we typically recommend a 1-Trip.
We work closely with customers before purchase to explain the different container grades we offer and what to expect from each one. We provide one of the most detailed grading structures in the industry because we want customers to have clear options based on budget, appearance, and intended use.
In this case, the container also went through our inspection process at the depot and again at delivery, where the delivery inspection was signed off at the time of receipt. After hearing your concerns, our team also made efforts to help within the warranty coverage for the grade purchased. We understand that this experience was still frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to hear your feedback as we continue working to keep expectations, inspections, and support clear at every step.

Crap Container, Crummy Experience
between the lack of responses to post-payment inquiries, the lack of flexibility in delivery date options and the container arriving with a bunk door and small HOLE in the roof that, when we attempted to clean before patching, collapsed into a larger, more problematic hole, I would NOT recommend Container One to anybody. save yourselves the trouble and find an alternative container source that will answer ALL your questions AND deliver a quality container with NO immediate repairs or adjustments required.

The container ordered was a 40ft High Cube Wind and Water Tight (WWT) container. That grade is intended to provide a structurally sound, weather-resistant unit, but because it is a used container, cosmetic wear and signs of prior service can still be present. If appearance and overall cosmetics were a top priority, we recommend a one-trip container, which is typically the better fit for customers looking for fewer cosmetic imperfections.
We also want to clarify the delivery process on our end. Once payment is received, our team works tirelessly, with scheduling depending on depot availability, truck routing, delivery windows, and confirmation that the site and access requirements are aligned for safe placement. That process can limit flexibility on exact delivery timing, but your questions and concerns still should have been answered more clearly and more promptly throughout that stage.
Before delivery, our containers go through our dual inspection process, and the issues you described were not identified during inspection. Even so, we understand your frustration.
We appreciate the chance to address this feedback. Our goal is always to provide clear communication, transparent expectations, and a durable shipping container that matches the customer’s needs. We are sorry that this experience did not reflect that standard. We welcome you to continue the conversation with the team to get this solved for you.

Horrible experience …
Container should have taken 7 to 10 days to arrive, but took almost a month to get here. Once the Container was paid for left several messages for assigned representative, manager and dispatched person and no call back. The only helpful person was the customer service department. The delivery person was great as well and he did not know we waited a month for it. I would diffinitely not recommend this company to anyone if they are looking to get their container on time.

We are sorry you had a bad delivery experience. Deliveries can be delayed for many reasons, like weather, the container doesn't pass inspection before we deliver it, and other reasons. I ordered this container on June 3 and it was delivered on July 22 at a great inconvenience to several people.
We did have one rain delay but only for 3-4 days. Your staff is very non-communicative.

Looking at history and call logs we tried to deliver several times. You mention rain and we see the call we made to you on june 19th trying to schedule delivery and you told our dispatcher it was muddy and rained 3 inches. Then you sent us a text that told us you would not be availble for a couple of weeks. We are sorry if there was any miscommunication for our end.
Smooth Delivery Despite Weather Delays - Satisfied With My Container Purchase
When I ordered the container, I was informed that earlier scheduled deliveries would be completed first. After that, we received 3 inches of rain along with a couple of smaller rains, which required an additional week for the ground to dry out. Altogether, the container took roughly a month to arrive.
I stayed in regular contact with the sales representative, Cathy Ford, as well as the company dispatcher, Dave Davis. Given the heavy rains, I can understand how deliveries may have been delayed.
The driver called ahead and gave me the exact time he would arrive, and he showed up right on schedule. The container — a 40' HC, 9'6" one‑trip unit — was in perfect condition inside and out. We set it on railroad ties in both the front and rear. The driver was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and took photos of the container’s interior and exterior to document its condition and delivery. After signing off, he headed out.
I am satisfied with the entire operation. I can clearly see why dry ground is necessary — the 8,000‑pound container and the flatbed trailer left noticeable impressions in the soil. If the ground had been wet, it would not have been ideal. The driver reassured me of that as well.

Satisfied with container and services
Sales staff were very good at communicating information about the options and costs for the container. It did take a little longer than expected to get the delivery scheduled. The driver did a good job placing the container and assisting with the initial blocking. The container is in great shape, I ordered a 40' x9' one use unit. Can't wait to fill it up.

We go out of our way to clearly describe the condition and grade of the containers we sell. You chose the lowest grade container we sell and we clearly describe the condition of each grade. If you want a higher grade we can swap it out for a higher grade. Let us know
Great experience
Everything went smoothly from working with the sales rep to the driver, which I commend the driver for being great at communication and would highly recommend. The paying portion was also simple. Only thing I'd say needs a little better is the sales rep after the sale and for payments as after the sale the communication tapered off.
