5* service from start to finish. Upgraded my R8 gen 1 Steering wheel to a Control Custom Steering wheel, and what a excellent product they have done for me.
Couldn't be more happier with this all round service.
I would highly recommend these people..
Thank you!!

Excellent service very efficient great communication extremely high quality workmanship very pleased very highly recommend

Top notch service, purchased a new wheel and air bag cover from them, turned up in just over 2 weeks and im more than impressed with the final piece and the customer service is faultless, will most likely be back for the mrs car in the future 👍🏼

Was introduced to Rad and his family through a friend although I have been following their instagram page for a long time. To say their work is of the highest quality is genuinely an understatement. The finish of the carbon, stitching and level of detail is beyond what I expected. Very friendly. Communication was brilliant too.

Purchased a steering wheel
Really happy with the quality and style and the communication from the Control Custom was fantastic
Many thanks

Not really sure what happened here, ordered a wheel and paid a £240 deposit at the end of June. was told 6 week turnaround time. 7 weeks went by with 0 updates, asked when it will be done. Took a week to reply and said whoever took the order hadn't put it through so waited 7 weeks for nothing. Took my order again and told me they will get it done in 3-4 weeks with a discount as an apology. 6 weeks passed and nothing, so i asked again. Was told it was partly done. Another 4 weeks went by with nothing, by this time ive ran out of patience. Again i asked where the steering wheel is, a few days later i got a reply that they are sorry and will check. Another 5 days went by without a response and that was it for me enough was enough. They did refund me my deposit right away and that is the only positive i can say from my experience with this company. I literally waited 5 months for nothing. I had no explanation as to why i had been kept waiting for 5 months? I chose this company as their work looks top tier and from all the good reviews, unfortunately for me its was an absolute shambles.

The transformation these people made was incredible, was recovered exactly how I wanted it,every detail was spot on even the exact colour of the stitching, well done you lot, would certainly recommend you to everyone.

Steering wheel reached me safely today and I am over the moon with the results! Their work is impeccable and communication via emails have been very swift from day 1. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the work. Thank you again.

Absolutely incredible service!

Incredible quality products and customer service. I had them design and produce a bespoke steering wheel and with their assistance we ended up with a completely new upgrade into an 8Y RS3.

Can’t rate these guys highly enough. They took additional time and effort to ensure the finish was as close to the OEM carbon as possible, whilst adding my personal touches to the steering wheel.

I honestly couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

AMAZING! It came earlier than scheduled and in time for santapod. The customer service was also on point!

Will always use for steering mods!

Thanks guys great work love my wheel!!

Mike

This is the Second Steering wheel I have had customised by Control Customs. The quality of work they produce is outstanding. Loads of options, attentive to your own desires and happy to advise. The end product when received is definitely worth the wait. Its like driving a different car now, it feels so luxurious.

Fast and excellent work done on my steering wheel. Very good communication and fast shipping

Dropped my steering wheel off at their place and got a message when it was ready for collection. Looks stunning and very professional, exactly as I asked for. Would highly recommend

Expeptional quality instant communications very good pricing so highly recommend to anyone.

I recently ordered a custom steering wheel and to say the process was smooth is an understatement plenty of communication and the steering wheel turned out better then I'd imagine 100% would recommend and use again thank you guys so much

I reached out to Control Customs UK to work on my steering wheel and the communication was prompt and polite, and my questions answered. The finished item is finished to a good quality and returned in good order and promptly.

Absolutely brilliant service and people. Retrimmed steering wheel on the day - about 5 hours labour but the end result was 100% quality. Fully grateful for the end result being more than worth the price they charge. Brings my car back to looking factory fresh after 6 years of grime since new. 100% recommend to anyone needing a steering wheel retrimming. Many thanks.

Speedy turn around, fast delivery, and a great product, my steering wheel looks amazing now thanks again.

Fantastic job done on my Abarth Wheel. Fast responses and was very helpful with my design choices. Great price too!

They are unbelievable at their work! Very high quality standards with not a flaw to be seen. Highly recommend if you want to up your interior 👌🏼
