Tiff's Treats Avaliações

I love TIFF Treats. My favorite original cookie.
My complaint is I applied for a kitchen delivery position. They didn’t pursue my application. I was disappointed for not getting the position. They said if you need part time gig this is the place for you. I’m 56 I know how to drive and know my way around the kitchen. I was excited to be a part of the Tiff Treats Team.

I was given an offer to get cookies from here .. while it’s convenient they heat them up the taste is basic and not good and like Walmart cookies.. I rather get some cookies at Costco and heat them up
Not worth price charged for cookies they aren’t good

I get emails all the time for coupons for Tiffs Treats, but every time I try to use the coupon code, it is invalid, even though I use it in the time allocated and on the mobile app, which it always states to use the code on. Very misleading the wrong.

I was sent 2 dozen mixed cookies from Tiff’s Treats as a gift from a friend and all I can say is wow! They arrived in a cute box with a bow and a card and a small happy smile yellow balloon. The box was warm!! The cookies were fresh out of the oven. They were a mix of chocolate chip and snickerdoodle and all kinds and I ate until I couldn’t eat any more! The delivery driver was really nice as well. He had a smile on his face as if he was just as happy to deliver them to see the smile on my face. It’s very cold outside and these fresh, warm cookies did the trick. It’s as if I baked them myself but without having to do all of the work. I am very impressed.

Company contacted me numerous times promising cookie delivery to try them. Place the orders. Look forward to trying it only to have no delivery or response. Got his confirmation from someone named Kassidy but no delivery at all. Trying to leave a google review but unable.

I have ordered from here multiple times, multiple locations. Deliveries are great, and on time!

But what good are deliveries if the product is crap? Useless!

Tiff's cookies are EXCELLENT! They make the delivery look like the weak point in the whole deal. Large, fresh, warm, delicious cookies! Everyone who received them (from my dr. office to my sister-in-law) loves them. I won't order from anyone else.

This company has THE worst customer service that I've ever encountered. I ordered from them for the first time, after hearing so many good things about them, and was entirely underwhelmed by the order I received. The cookies were flat, the flavors were all mixed together, and they were just...plain, boring cookies. Like exactly what you'd buy in the refrigerated section at Walmart.

Anyway, I had to email them THREE times, requesting to get refunded on their subscription service I foolishly purchased, thinking I'd ever buy their product again, before they finally responded, and they didn't even refund the full amount of the subscription.

What a joke of a company, I have no idea how they're so popular with such a subpar product...
