Second to none customer service! Great product

We ordered a Cabana from Coolcabanas on November 18th. Just received this email today December 4th.

“Thanks for your email. We sincerely apologise for the delays thus far in your beach mat, red label, grass kit or spike arriving. At this moment we have been advised that the vast majority of orders will be delivered in the next 1-2 weeks and we are aware of the delay from our third party logistics partners for this sku. Please let us know if your item has not arrived by then as we will of course refund it or resend noting we have been told all orders should be with customers by then. Thanks for your understanding.“

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I made a genuine mistake with my delivery address and reached out immediately—within minutes—to correct it. Instead of receiving assistance or even understanding, I was told that nothing could be changed and that the order would be sent to the wrong address.

What made the experience worse was the tone of the emails I received from customer service. I was accused of making “threats” and was even warned about “fraudulent chargebacks,” despite never filing. I was only asking what my options were. The communication felt unnecessarily hostile and dismissive.

I now have to wait for the item to arrive at the wrong address and then deal with the cost and inconvenience of recovering or returning it. The unwillingness to help, combined with the accusatory tone, was extremely disappointing.

I recommend that future customers double-check every detail before ordering, because the company is unwilling to assist even when contacted immediately, and their communication style does not reflect good customer service.
