Cannot fault the service but very surprised and disappointed that they are not VAT registered which effectively makes them non competitive price wise as as a trade purchaser. I assumed they would be VAT registered

Like most new businesses, we are not currently VAT registered, which allows us to keep our pricing as competitive as possible as we get started, particularly for non-trade customers. We value the feedback as it helps shape how we grow, and VAT registration is something we will continue to monitor as the business develops.
Oliver called in person to explain the delivery would be delayed for a couple of days, which was no issue. When the fridge arrived the courier went over and above to assist me arrange the fridge in the kitchen. Thank you ! Very happy with the fridge and service.

The whole process of buying a wine cooler from purchase to delivery was trouble free. I was kept well informed throughout the process and the delivery was on time and the two man crew were very obliging and courteous.

I called Oliver on two separate occasions to discuss brands, models, etc and he was always very polite, helpful and honest. Once I had decided on the brand and model I wanted, Cooldrop had the best price anywhere on the Internet. Delivery communication was excellent and delivery was on schedule. All in all, a great experience

The customer service from Oliver was the best. I had a bit of an issue paying on line and he was really helpful. The cooler arrived very quickly and the delivery driver went above and beyond to find me which isn’t easy even with a terrible phone signal for instructions. Highly recommended and definitely recommend.

We order a replacement wine cooler from CoolDrop - something we needed urgently. Oliver could not have been more helpful - he delivered on everything he promised.
