Honestly the best service possible. I’ve used multiple clinics in Istanbul and coolest clinic by far was the best organised. From the surgeons quality detailing for the surgery to the chaperones fetching Starbucks in waiting rooms there is no stone left unturned. 1000% highly recommend this clinic

Ich hatte vor einer Woche eine Nasenop in der Klinik. Die Klinik und alle Arbeiter haben sich sehr um mich gekümmert. Man fühlt sich wirklich sehr wohl und besonders. Jede Frage wurde ausführlich beantwortet und alles wurde den Maßnahmen entsprechend angepasst.
(PS. Ich wurde vom Dr. Baran Kul operiert, bester Arzt ever.)

Die Klinik wurde mir von einer Freundin empfohlen, sie meinte ich könne mich blind auf die Ärzte und Asisstentinnen vertrauen und mit gutem Gewissen auf sie verlassen. Das Ärzteteam war von ersten Moment an sehr fürsorglich und sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würde jedem diese Klinik von Herzen empfehlen ich persönlich würde ich ohne eine Sekunde nachzudenken immer wieder hingehen.

I had my rhinoplasty at the coolest clinic and I seriously recommend it for the best place to have an operation. The clinic is so clean and gives you a sense of calmness when you walk in. It’s so modern including the hospital room! The coolest clinic staff who took care of me were very friendly and kept checking on me constantly with giving me the medication and food that I had to have. Coolest clinic is so big and I would say the name speaks for itself!!!!! High technology, clean and the Piano when you walk in is such a lovely piece to add to the atmosphere and environment!!!💕

I highly recommend the coolest clinic for their superb care and excellent service throughout the process of having the hair transplant from day one. A friend recommended me the Coolest clinic. Her surgery done by Dr. Kaya, and the results are very nice. I had tummy tuck, muscle repair, breast reduction and liposuction surgeries. Transfer car, hotel, hospital, equipment at the Hospital was clean, sanitated. The clinic team, they were very helpful. My patient coordinator professionally assisted me, the transfer team and the translator were kind. The medical team was professional and helpful. Dr. Kaya gave me medical advice and information that I need to know. The aftercare nurse is still contacting me to check if am I doing ok.

I have treatment with this clinic and cannot recommend them enough. So happy with the results and have had various family members and friends fly from the UK to be treated by him. Truly fantastic dentist. No pain and the color matching he performs on fillings and crowns are identical to your natural teeth.
A brilliant clinic that focuses on the patient instead of fees. The translator guy made us feel really welcome and was always available for help, meeting us at the airport when landing from the UK and making us feel at home.

So my experience with them was great i had rhinoplasty and my experience was amazing no issues at all

I was following doctor Baran Kul for long time before I book my appointment surgery and my ticket i didn’t except to be so happy after my surgery from the airport after Baran Kul team pick up us until we left Turkey everything was just perfect all team very professional,organised make our stay just perfect, the consultation with Doctor Baran Kul and the surgery was more then our expectations,I didn’t feel any pain and I’m so happy with results I did the best choice.

I am finally confident in my nose and I’m so happy. For a long time I did not like the way my nose looked and I looked around so much in the UK for a doctor that made me comfortable. I did not find that in the UK. But when I saw Dr Baran Kul and from the UK I spoke to Nupel about all the details in the rhinoplasty I wanted done, I found it. They made me so comfortable and relaxed every second and step of the way and reassured me with all the details. I can’t thank them all enough for the amazing job they did I’m so happy. I have all my trust in Dr Baran Kul and all the team. They are all such lovely people and hard working and make sure that the patients get the best treatment. I’m so happy with my nose and my treatment. They all did such an amazing job in making me finally happy in my nose. I’m so thankful to all of the team they are perfect.

Well where do i start.... amazing co-ordinator always available on whatsapp so supportive, picked up from the airport VW transporter, amazing transfer, straight to the hospital to meet Ifran, for Covid test and blood test. Next check in to Bricks hotel - amazing lovely hotel! So comfortable.

Surgery day, wowed by the hospital, platinum grade (starbucks and restaurant) amazing so high tech, lovely private room. Gowned up and forms signed. Then met My surgeon - so so down to earth and honest, managing expectations, he listens and gives his opinion, i have still work to do after surgery which i know. None of this was rushed (his team is lovely). Honestly he cares how you feel.

Hour later surgery time, then woke up Lol. Nothing was too much pain relief was timely, just had to press buzzer. I was very sickly and anti sickness jab didnt work for me, but all the nurses kept an eye on me. Slept lots... and got me up and moving - supporting me all the way.

Once discharged back to the hotel, met the aftercare nurse, she went thru medication and changed dressings, she is available on whatsapp all the time as any of the team are. Then met the lovely physio for my massage i had booked in a package (these were so relaxing).

At my final discharge, i went to the clinic - all so lovely, clean and high tech, he was pleased with my healing and got my fit to fly certificate.

Overall an amazing experience, i am only 10 days post op and can See the difference already and look forward to healing fully.

I had an amazing experience going to Turkey for my surgery. The team are supportive before, during and after, I felt well looked after and cared for throughout the entire experience. The hospital was immaculate, more like a 5 star hotel than a hospital. My surgeon was thorough and put me at ease immediately, discussing at length what I had in mind and advising on how best to achieve those results. I am thrilled with my results and am looking forward to going back for more surgery. My confidence is in an infinitely better place than it was beforehand, I spent my whole life hating my body and now I am happy. Thank you to all involved.

I went on 02/12/2020 with them and had amazing experience, starting with drivers/interpreter and afterwards nurses, my coordinator and Baran Kul . They are so polite, kind, understandable, easy communication, besides the amazing results .. My swelling is going down and I can already see how amazing I am after their job, highly recommend!

What can I say! I have had the most amazing care pre, post and during my time here.

I researched for a good year and saw amazing results he had given other women, and his scar placement and technique was incredible. I wanted a 360 lower body lift; and the way he makes the scar on the bottom is just perfect and enhances your natural shape. I booked 8 months before my surgery date and counted down patiently during covid! I sent so many messages to the coordinators and he was always prompt and happy to respond!

Landed in Istanbul and was taken directly to the hospital, had my blood test and Covid test and then was taken to the hotel.

We stayed at the bricks. 5 star, beautiful hotel, amazing food (the cafe is incredible!!) and great staff. We’re always attentive and room service was prompt and efficient.

On the day of operation I was taken to sign all paperwork & more with the hospital translator. I paid my money and was taken to the room (incredible room!!!) where I had pre op photographs And cannulated before the surgeon came to see me.

He spent a good hour with me discussing my expectations, in depth even drawing me photos of what was happening and what he thought he could achieve from my body.. he then spent a further 30-40 mins drawing on my body - he is a perfectionist (and who doesn’t want that with a surgeon?!)

He is very warm, friendly, and you feel at ease immediately. Obviously he went through all the risks of surgery, and left me to see me in theatre!

I was given a light sedative before leaving the room (I don’t even remember it! But I was very happy and jolly!)

The next thing I woke up in recovery and asked if The Dr managed to do my arms. (He explained before that surgery has risks and if he didn’t deem it safe he wouldn’t continue).. and he had (yay!)

I had a 360 lower body lift, lipo to back, flanks and stomach, muscle repair, mons lift and an arm lift and lipo!

He removed a large portion of skin (3kg) and 4l of fat. I could see the results immediately! Even with all the swelling!

The team in hospital are amazing!

I felt very sick but genuinely felt no pain while there - whatever was in the drips did the job and not once did I ask for pain relief (I expected a lot!) I did however ask for anti emetics constantly and the nurses got that for me (as muscle repair is sore if you cough/vomit!)

I was showered by the nurses, and up and walking on day 2.

I needed some blood in the operation and the team were so efficient and quick at organising this - and I genuinely feel that I couldn’t have had better care!

I was discharged after 2 nights in hospital, and back to the hotel. Transfer was smooth and the hotel had a wheelchair for me to use. It was great being able to use it to hold to walk around the hotel; or sit in and move with my legs! You’re quite hunched over after muscle repair for a while so it eased the lower back ache!

The nurse nurse came to visit daily to check wounds, change dressings and give advice, she was very caring and gentle - and even now is still messaging for updates and giving advice.

Again the hotel were very accommodating with extra pillows (I had 12 - to myself lol) and the leakage I produced, and they couldn’t have done anymore!

I have had contact from The whole team since being home, and genuinely feel that I couldn’t have asked for better care, or a better experience. I will be back next year for my thighs!!!

Thankyou for changing my life, and making me feel “normal” and happy in myself for the first time in 20 years...

My amazing Surgeon in Istanbul- has literally changed my life. 😭🥰☺️ If you are wanting any surgery then I couldn't recommend him enough. He's such a wonderful man, I can't even explain. I and my friend (she had a boob job, 1st surgery) have really felt so looked after and part of a family there. It wasn't just him being an honest, realistic and talented surgeon with a great and thorough consultation process, but his whole team. ❤️ From his lovely co ordinator who arranged everything and held my hand whilst having my stents removed, the co ordination and hosts are absolute sweeties, the translators, the drivers who transfer you everywhere to the nurses and medical team who are AMAZING, especially one special lady nurse - who has been a human crystal for me since I got there- they even come to your hotel and help to shower you and change your dressings and hug you when you cry or are scared 😩💖

The physiotherapist who does your lymphatic massages afterwards (also comes to your hotel) is a wonderful man and so gentle when you're bruised and battered.

The hospital itself... 🤯😍 I found out is one of the best in Europe, it's more like a 7 star hotel. Absolutely a second to none experience 💖🙏 I'll never go to anyone else but him again. 💖 We just all said goodbye and it genuinely feels like I've left family, they care for you that much. So so much love to the whole team ❤️ You can tell he does this job for helping people and not just for money, which I have sadly experienced before. But this week I have never cried so many happy years and felt so grateful towards a group of people.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ total beyond 5 star treatment, would recommend to everyone.

I flew out to istanbul on the 15th December, and had surgery on the 17th im now 4 weeks po.

They have changed my life completely i can look in the mirror and forget the old me.

The surgery i chose to have was Tummy Tuck, Lipo, breast uplift and implants however after my consultation i chose to have a lower body lift instead of implants he showed me how i would see better results by having a lowerbody lift he wasnt pushy about it and said it was my choice what i wanted to do, the surgery went well and the team helped me with anything i needed and made sure i was comfortable if i had any questions i could contact them easily and still can. They have been extremely helpful i cant thank them enough.
