Excellent quality, quick delivery
There were lots of products to choose from. I bought a 4ft banner for my Grandson's christening, I was so pleased with the quality, it only took a few days to arrive and the price was really good. Everyone was asking where I got it.

Banners are great but when I ordered…
Banners are great but when I ordered they said they would arrive on the first of April, they didn’t arrive until the 4th. Two days after my daughter’s birthday.

I’m really pleased to hear you were happy with the banners themselves, although I’m sorry to hear they didn’t arrive in time for your daughter’s birthday.
I’ve checked your order and can see that at checkout the Free Standard Tracked (3–4 working days) service was selected. This service is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and can take a little longer, particularly around bank holidays.
As your order was placed after our 11am cut-off on 30th March, it was dispatched ontime on 31st March as expected. Due to the Good Friday and Easter Monday bank holidays, the estimated delivery date provided at checkout was Tuesday 7th April. Your order was delivered on 4th April, which was actually earlier than this estimate.
For time-sensitive occasions, we do recommend selecting one of our express delivery options, which are more suitable for specific dates.

Unfortunately, the item was lost in transit by Royal Mail, which is outside of our control. As there wasn’t enough time to arrange a replacement in time for your order, we issued a full refund for you
