Cool you has been fantastic throughout the the process. Everything from the initial consultation, to the install and the after sales service.
The aircons have made a massive difference and only regret is not doing this sooner

Andrew came to do an annual service of our CoolYou a/c. He was prompt, efficient, professional and took the time to ensure that we understood everything and set up WiFi control on our ‘phones. It’s a level of service I rarely encounter.

Had an amazing experience getting our AC installed through Cool You in our newly purchased London apartment. It works as it should and now we no longer dread the incoming summer nights! They've been highly professional from the quote stage to the final outcome, and I have to say the AC installation itself has been done to a high standard and it's incredibly aesthetic. There are no ugly pipes, cables and most importantly no ugly outdoor condenser unit. Truly happy and I massively recommend them if you plan on adding AC to your property.

Great service and a pleasure to deal with. Had an appointment for an engineer to call at 2pm for my annual service. My doorbell rang at exactly 2pm! Punctuality very rare these days! Engineer was very helpful polite and friendly and took extra time out to explain the whole system in full for me. Would highly recommend this company.
