THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!! I ordered the intertwined cross on October19,2024 and have never received it. They have given me such a run around on the delivery. First they said it would be delivered by a trucking company...which said it was left at my front door...NEVER RECEIVED,I was home all day. Then they told me to check with my post office....NOT THERE.

This store is a complete rip-off.. they sent a cheaper version of what I ordered and will not refund my money. Offered $15 compensation for a near $70 order then said i would have to pay return shipping cost. AVOID THIS COMANY WHAT EVER YOU DO !!!

The shipping was exceptional, quick and dependable. It arrived way sooner than expected, in perfect condition. Very well packed, secure and without any damage. Provides a sense of relief to know that the handling of such important items is done right. Really impressed.

Very poor quality crosses! Staining job was terrible! Paid $31 for order. When I complained to them, they said they could give me a $3 credit. When I refused & went to PayPal, they said I could send item back to China at a cost of $20. Outrageous!!! PayPal excepted the response from Coordinatel & closed the case.

False advertising. The Facebook ad stated that the crosses were handmade by a person who had severe arthritis and was not able to make them any longer. It seemed as though the person selling the item was here in the United States. Come to find out that these items are being bass produced in a factory in China and had to wait approximately three weeks for delivery. The cross is extremely light and it is not handmade. I would never purchase anything from this company again. When I tried to stop the purchase, they stated that the item was already being shipped. It literally went from China, to Italy, and I don’t know where else from there, but they definitely could’ve stopped the order but chose not to. they then said that I could return the order and I have to mail the items back to at my own expense. Terrible company I would never purchase from them again.

***Buyer Beware*** This company is the same as Coordinatea.com, they might have other variations and keep changing their Facebook page not allowing comments. They will take your money, when you receive the items you'll see that quality is not what was advertised. When you try to return the items, they will not honor their return policy, they refuse to provide a return shipping address. They offered me $6USD in compensation for the $84USD I spent on their subpar products. Of course I declined and insisted on a return address but they will not provide one; they responded that they could give me $9USD and then upped it to $16USD but still way short of $84USD. The saga is still ongoing but I have flooded their Facebook page with "Buyer Beware" comments on all their posts in hopes that it saves people from experiencing the same thing. The company indicates that they are located in Wales and appears to be under the umbrella of Landbase Trading CO. LTD which the two listed directors are located in the Philippines and China. I have filed a scam report via the BBB. I'm sure I won't get my money back but I will not let this go, I'm bored and menopaused they have no idea how long I can keep this up!

I ordered a beautiful wood piece, 'Love Eternal Wooden Decoration Ornament", for $23.48. It was described as hand-carved & was stained. What I received was an ugly, unfinished, & totally different piece that looked nothing like what was pictured online. I contacted customer service & sent them pictures. They offered me TWO DOLLARS in compensation!!! These people are SCAM ARTISTS. They will not allow a return & insult me with $2 in compensation when they sent me a garbage piece of junk. DON'T TRUST THEM!!! They are based in CHINA (customer service admitted that to me) tho they claim it comes from Italy. Everything about these scammers is a LIE.
Edit: I just looked at my credit card charges from Coordinatel...on top of this whole fiasco they also overcharged me. The charges do not match the receipt they sent me. Grrrr! I am definitely contacting my bank to dispute the charges!!!

Does not look like photo. No return options. Only offer $2-6. I even tried to cancel order having second thoughts in less than 24 hours and they refused. Shipping tracking info says it's from Greece and took almost a month and shipping label says it came from China.

I had made two orders but used PayPal to pay. One order I was finally given return info and paid almost half of what I paid for the items in postage. Still waiting for them to eat they received it. The other didn't offer return address so PayPal refunded me..this order was for one item. The other was for two.

If I could leave zero stars, I would...I ordered "colorful Bible verses jar" and, according to the Facebook link site, it takes 5 to 7 days for shipping. It took 22. Says "international shipping" may take longer. Was repeatedly sent email updates on "shipping" from Italy. Turns out that while the package was in "customs in Italy" it was actually post dated as shipping to me from New York state. Then took 13 days to arrive. Peeling the top label back reveals it shipped from Amazon in Washington state... all contact with them since has been with robot messaging...a fraud and a scam...

Do not buy a colorful Bible jar filled with bible versus. Each color represents a mood (happy, sad, angry, anxious). The bible verse for each mood is the same. Description of product is misleading. This product comes from overseas so it is expensive to return and they offer you $2 refund vs a return.

Website does allow a return within 14 days. That was never offered, not an address given nor is there a telephone number.

I ordered these for my 2 year old. They are very easy to get on and off which makes getting dressed a little easier. These are true to size and well made.

Great fit, tried many other shoes and they where just to narrow and the side of my foot would fall off the edge. This is the first pair that I didn't have to get a wide in and they fit great and are super comfortable!
