Our firm conviction lies in believing every patient deserves access to expert healthcare monitoring to receive personalized care, identify potential risks, consistent data collection, and experience thoughtful support. CopilotIQ differs from conventional care, which typically works off a single blood pressure and glucose measurement yearly. We zoom in and focus on collecting 1,000 times more readings and sharing the data with your current primary care team and a dedicated remote nurse to unlock a more detailed and holistic picture of your health profile.

Zero help
Zero help. All they do is record your BS and BP numbers.
I’ve been keeping my own charts for years.
I can see how this could be a good service for those who are illiterate or paralyzed. I am not. Very disappointed. The nurse is condescending. If i have a question im directed to google.
CopilotIQ claims the service is paid…
CopilotIQ claims the service is paid by insurance including Medicare and then bill you without your consent for copayments. This is a violation of UDAP…an Unfair and Deceptive Practice that has scammed many…especially seniors.
This is a classic “bait and switch”…
This is a classic “bait and switch” operation.
I signed up after being assured that there would not be any cost to me. Then I received a bill.
I will not recommend this service to anyone.

I waited one half for a nurse to…
I waited one half for a nurse to answer, never did. Tried several times waited on hold forever, no nurse picked up. This service is not for me.
I'm impressed with service
I'm impressed with service. They always quick to address concerns, provides the equipment I need, and are knowledgeable enough to answer my questions confidently.
Caution future customers
The first telephone contact with a company representative was quite promising. However, I was alarmed by the fact that they collected a lot of personal and medical information from me, ranging from my address to the medications I take, blood sugar levels, and insurance details. I believe this data should only be requested after obtaining my written consent.
Later, I reviewed complaints from people using this service and asked questions to make a decision. Here's what I found out:
Billing for services begins from the moment you speak with a nurse; the company doesn't offer any grace period. They can't tell you the copayment amount in advance, and you may receive a bill for any amount for a service that won't be provided for at least several weeks, while you wait for the measuring device, test strips, and a callback from the nurse.
There's no explanation of how the baseline situation will be determined to appreciate positive dynamics. The number of test strips provided is calculated for one measurement per day, and you need to specially order a larger quantity, which is very problematic due to poor telephone customer service. How can you understand the effects of food and daily routine (the only things they'll advise you on to lower your blood sugar) with such infrequent measurements?
A huge number of clients note that nurses don't call for weeks, and customer service is rude and inattentive. The representative responded that clients themselves block phone numbers or don't answer calls(?).
After this, I called my insurance company, informed them about the conversation, and warned them that I hadn't given permission for these services.
Think for yourself: do I need someone with questionable testing methods and irregular calls every few weeks with dietary recommendations?

Careful - Not Free...
This may be a good program for some, but not all. I was told that this was free to seniors. After a few months I decided I was not getting anything out of this program and it was a waste of my time. I then cancelled. Once I did that I was told that I had to return their items...fine...no one had told me previously if I cancelled I would have to return the items, but I did. Then I get a bill in the mail! WHAT???!!! Apparently this program started out free but then the insurance companies decided there would be a co-pay! Well keep sending me a bill CopilotIQ. I am not paying for something that I did not necessarily want or need and then you decide it is no longer free and you don't tell me until I cancel. Complete BS. Also, stop advertising this is a free program when it is not!

I opted out of the Program the end of…
I opted out of the Program the end of June. I was assigned a Nurse who didn’t call when she scheduled me and would call or not on the scheduled time or not On July 1st I received a call from Kimberly a Care Team Member asking me why I want to opt out of the program and I told her she said I need to send all the stuff back ask for my address I gave it to her. She said that they will send me a label. Put it in the box and return it as soon as possible. It’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting for the label Kimberly and she doesn’t return my calls I finally got ahold of another Care team member and she said she would make sure I receive a return label I then got a call from Kimberly the care team member I previously spoke with and she said I will be getting the label in a few days! Let’s see how this goes!

FED UP!
I told the nurse and the RN that I QUIT for two reasons:
First that the program went from free to copay with insurance, Second, and most importantly,
I NO LONGER HAVE DIABETES.
It was caused by a perscribed Rx for over one year.
I requested a return label 3x, (THREE TIMES), and now about 6 MONTHS LATER, have NOT received the label OR an address to make a return.
BUT, I HAVE RECEIVED A BILL 3X.
I have called, left messages,
and returned the bill with an explanation that
I AM NOT a MEMBER.
Only to receive "past due" bills. When I called CoPilotIQ, NO ONE PICKS UP, NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL.
I QUIT THE PROGRAM WHEN THEY STARTED CHARGING IN FEBRUARY 2024.
Not only all these issues, but they BILLED THE INSURANCE COMPANY WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
So what is THAT about?
I have NOT used the meter since verbally quitting when they announced change in policy and cost. They can verify that. Nothing has been "sent" with the meter. I have pictures to verify that I have not used the meter since February 28, 2024.
I am fed up with this company and am going to report them as FRAUDULENT to Medicare.
I'M DONE WITH THEIR GAMES.

Strong Arms You Into It With Aggressive Sales Calls
I agree that they strong arm you into using their program. I didn't know device was finger stick or that nurse would be useless. I've never used their machine and told the nurse the first phone call I didn't want to use their program as I've been diagnosed with IBS-C and that had to be taken into consideration. In received NO services from this company and want no services from them. I want a continuous glucose monitor so I know what to do about all the various readings. It varies depending on time you eat and the time you actually do the test. I tried calling them but nobody picked up. I received their nasty letter from M.D. I told the nurse the first phone call I didn't want to pursue this. They have received NO readings from me as I never used their equipment or nurse. I need a meal plan set up by dietician that addresses both medical problems. It also depends upon what meds you are put on which nobody asked me about. I'm not paying them any money and if they attempt to bill Medicare I will report it as fraud. Two readings a day won't work for me since I eat more than two meals a day. I take a lot of herbs because I'm addressing causation not just treating symptoms. As it stands the M.D. who put on meds put me on a very dangerous dosage which would make my blood sugar go too low. He also ever asked for any glucose readings doing so not did he run a blood test either. I'm inundated with lots of medical stuff as it is. I prefer a more holistic approach than this one by doctors who care more about money and kickbacks from drug companies than they do my health. I had to order the A1C test myself after the last physical ordered was done incorrectly without fasting beforehand. I have had a second A1C I also ordered to compare. I'm trying to find a doctor who actually cares about me not just using Medicare as their private bank. Instant a return mailing label sent to me so they get their equipment back. They also need nurses to communicate to them as I told them upfront I decided not to pursue it. I told her the second phone call the same thing. It's still new and unused. I think they should stop aggressively calling people to talk them into a program which isn't right for them. I'm an honest person who doesn't want Medicare defrauded either.

agressive revenue enhancement tactics being used
In the last year we were provided blood glucose testing for our type 2 diabetes testing, initially this was provided at no cost and then they wanted to bill us for the equipment and medical consults that had been provided previously with no charge. I did not appreciate this tactic being used to get into our pocket so immediately indicated I wished to stop our relationship and wanted an RMA to return the glucose meter, blood pressure cuffs. We got the RMA and returned the equipment and testing strips and continued to get billing for calls from nursing to review things. Today I got a"past due bill" which I disagree with. It is a miniscule amount, so I have no desire to argue about it and have decided to clear it, but i do not agree that I actually owe this. I expect this to stop and future communications from this time forth.

wonderful concept but........I have…
wonderful concept but........I have been in the copliotiq program for just about 6 months. My first 2 months was a pretty good experience. But I startred having issues with my meter, it seemed like my glucose may have not reached copilotiq . But I think it may have been something I was doing right. As stated it's a great concerpt except pricking your fingers rally is becoming obsolete and annoying. Again I have to say my team was pretty good, They even sent me food suggestions and a carb diet. My pressure went through the roof three time and Copilot alerted me immediately and I had doctor check. Suddenly I don't get those alerts no more even when its 173/97!but I know now to check with physician. My problem is when I have questions I always have to wait until my appointment., for instance, my USPS notifies me (via email) what mai to expect that day. I got notification something was coming from Copilot. Sadly I don't that article of mail and I wanted to call to check to see what it might be pertaining to. Is their a representative to help with such matters. iwa going to write to the P.O. Box 14089, Belfast, Main 04913(shown on visual from USPS) if only your company would invest in GCM, for glucose readings. And if only0 custome0r s0erv0i0ce0s0 w0asn0't so0 dif0ficult to reach( or provider00 I this it's a wonderful concept and will try to stick with it0!! But could someone 0help with my concern.

I really tried to use CopilotIQ
I really tried to use CopilotIQ. First they will only accept a finger stick sugar test. I have used a CGM for over a year, it has saved my life with both high and low alarms. A finger stick once or twice a day is completely useless. Second I received a Withing PB cuff. It looks good, but is extremely inaccurate. Withing has no customer support, except caned answers to basic questions. They do not have telephone or email support. Third I was away from my house when the nurse called, she said becuse I was not at home BCBS would not work. I should have asked if the red shirt I had on that day would also make my call invalid. This service is totally useless. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.
