1-Star Review – If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would!!
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I paid extra for EXPRESS shipping and my order still took nearly two weeks to arrive. That is not express. Charging customers premium shipping fees and then failing to deliver on that promise is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted the business asking where my order was, I was told by the owner, Julian, that he was in Bali. That response was incredibly unprofessional. If you’re running a business and taking people’s money, you are responsible for fulfilling orders properly — regardless of where you are.
When the package finally arrived, one of the items was damaged. I purchased this item specifically as a collector, expecting it to be in premium condition for future value. A collectible that arrives damaged is essentially worthless. Condition is everything, and that was completely disregarded.
I sent multiple emails and messages trying to resolve the issue and received little to no meaningful response. No urgency. No accountability. No proper customer service.
After spending a significant amount of money with this store, being treated this way is unacceptable — delays, excuses, damaged goods, and being ignored.
Because of this entire experience, it has completely destroyed my trust in this business. When professionalism and customer service are this poor, it honestly makes you start questioning the legitimacy of the items being sold as well. When trust is gone, everything comes into question.
I will not be purchasing again.
Extremely disappointed. Proceed with caution.
