I had a terrible experience with this website. The product listing was misleading, showing multiple items in one image, which made it seem like you were buying more than one product. As soon as I realised, I contacted them immediately to cancel my order, but they refused and were very rude in their response.

Since then, they have completely ignored all my messages. The item is also massively overpriced compared to local stores, and there are many similar complaints online about this business not delivering or refusing refunds.

The business address also appears to be unreliable, which raises further concerns.

I strongly recommend avoiding this store. Very unprofessional and feels like a scam.

Bought a pair of air max from this store and it didn’t disappoint at all. Great product, fast shipping and on point communication. Will definitely be back again!

Ordered an item from them over a month ago.

In that time:

- I have received no updates about the item. When checking the tracking information, it still says that Australia Post has no received the item from the seller.

- Sent an email to Copped almost a month ago asking for information about my item and when it would be posted. I have not received an email response in all that time.

- Received an email from Copped asking “How my item is?”. When you click on the “my item hasn’t arrived yet” link in the email, it takes you to a dead link.

1-Star Review – If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would!!

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I paid extra for EXPRESS shipping and my order still took nearly two weeks to arrive. That is not express. Charging customers premium shipping fees and then failing to deliver on that promise is completely unacceptable.

When I contacted the business asking where my order was, I was told by the owner, Julian, that he was in Bali. That response was incredibly unprofessional. If you’re running a business and taking people’s money, you are responsible for fulfilling orders properly — regardless of where you are.

When the package finally arrived, one of the items was damaged. I purchased this item specifically as a collector, expecting it to be in premium condition for future value. A collectible that arrives damaged is essentially worthless. Condition is everything, and that was completely disregarded.

I sent multiple emails and messages trying to resolve the issue and received little to no meaningful response. No urgency. No accountability. No proper customer service.

After spending a significant amount of money with this store, being treated this way is unacceptable — delays, excuses, damaged goods, and being ignored.

Because of this entire experience, it has completely destroyed my trust in this business. When professionalism and customer service are this poor, it honestly makes you start questioning the legitimacy of the items being sold as well. When trust is gone, everything comes into question.

I will not be purchasing again.

Extremely disappointed. Proceed with caution.

CoppedAU team was able to fulfill a last minute order before New Year's. Ordered essentials hoodie and Tiffany tns, both came in immaculate packaging with no damage. Will definitely order again!

Bought an essential hoodie 10th of december it arrived promptly, and bought a pair of shorts for my cousins in early jan 2026, I can confirm i had a great experience, and the pricing is extremely reasonable.

Lovely customer service. Bought a pair of Jordan 1 Low and it got delivered within 4 days of placing the order.
