Ordered from overseas. Package arrived very quickly and excellent quality

Hi! please help me, I ordered some sneakers a week ago from copping zone, but something came up and I have to cancel the order. The people from the copping zone did not answer my emails. They have very bad customer service. Please help me it s very important that i get a refound. do they have a phone number to talk to them directly? They do not respond to any email or message sent by me

Didn't get my order yet. It's been almost a month.

Still haven’t received my order. Ordered close to a month ago now.

TOTAL SCAM. Don’t buy anything from here. The size indicated on the website is clearly wrong (prob Asian size) and they don’t pay for return shipping. The material is cheap and looks like the stitch is done by a blind cat. Especially the original brand product honestly look like coming from the worst quality of product you can find in the market and relabel it nicely. If you see this comment, You better send me a new one without me paying the return shipment otherwise I’ll make you banned from Instagram market in any way.

I did get my package anyway. HOWEVER, I had to contact the delivery company located in "CHINA" directly(huh), because they DID NOT WORK, DID not support any consumer customer service something like email, chat...etc, until just before I received the package. read my review. please.

NEVER shipped it and they never answer me. I have no idea my order status.
they just shut customer services down, also ignore customer’s any needs.
they said “dm me, if you need a contact” but in reality, they deleted my comment, and never sent any email.
i will delete this review if i get my package, but well… I don’t know it happened :(
I JUST LOST MY MONEY

Horrible. I've still not received my order it's 3 days shy of a month since the purchase. Customer service has been completely unhelpful. Communication is at a bare minimum with no useful information given. Just, what I feel are, empty apologies. I believe this be a fraudulent company and a total scam.
Look up the reviews before giving them your money for nothing. I wish I had.

I just recieved my cargo pants after 1,5 month off waiting. When i finally got my item it was not even close to being the size i ordered. The stitching was done horribly, and the label was remowed from the original item and replaced by a new one.

I am really satisfied with the quality. On 30th of August I ordered shoes from CZ and they arrived on 14th September so it wasn't longer than other chinese eshops. I know some people are hating it but i am actually satisfied. I'll definitely order some other pieces😊😊

Very bad costumer service I emailed them many times and they didn’t respond, I will complete a month and they didn’t send my order , I will never order from them again.

Die Hose hätte man so nie verkaufen dürfen. Abgesehen davon, dass der Jeansstoff mindeste Qualität hatte, stank sie nach billigsten Plastik. Den obersten Knopf konnte man nicht schließen, weil das Loch dafür einfach nicht existierte... Also schlichtweg kaputt.
Der Support antwortet zwar, das Geld habe ich leider trotzdem nie wieder gesehen (das ganze ist jetzt schon mehrere Monate her).
Man muss sagen, dass die Qualität des bestellten Hoodies gut ist und ich auch, hätte ich mein Geld wiederbekommen, alles in allem zufrieden gewesen wäre.

Copping zone legit drip!

Took quite a while for my order to arrive which dropped it from 4 stars but overall coppingzones pretty good with high quality hoodies and shirts.

I placed an order with copping zone, then they cancelled my order without sending me a notification. Then when I emailed them. They told me I have been refunded which I couldn’t locate in my account. I send the required document you asked for and even follow up twice but no one responded. I wish I could screenshot it here too.

the worst quality for ridicilous high prices. I got my items they don‘t even look like the items on the pictures… be aware its a scam!
