Never received my order, even though they show delivered. They advised it was reshipped, but gave me the same tracking number. I have requested a refund, we'll see what happens now.

Did not receive laundry baskets. It is a scam!!

Beware! I ordered several woven laundry baskets that looked beautiful. I was never given a delivery date. After almost a month I emailed them, (no phone number given). They answered and said be patient, it should be 3-4 more days. After a week, they said it showed delivered and to check with neighbors & friends, & that sometimes it’s not always delivered to your address. Very disappointed, no offer to help. Am refuting to get my money back!

Took my money and never delivered the goods. After lots of emails to them, they are now ignoring me. Do not use them

I ordered eight women's tops on Sept 29. I received a confirmation a couple of days later. One day after that I received a Shipping Update with a tracking number. I tracked that order every day.
On October 21, I sent the "support" email a message that it had been 24 days since ship, and 3 days where it was noted "out for delivery". I told them that if I did not receive merchandise by/on Oct 24, I would be disputing the charge on my credit card. No reponse. On Oct 23rd, the tracking status was changed to "delivered". I searched all over and couldn't find a package
I sent another email that same day (Oct 23) and told them I did not receive merchandise and would be disputing the charge on Oct 24. The morning of Oct 24, they finally responded and said it might have been left with a neighbor (?). But I don't have neighbors - and there was no proof of delivery provided. I suspect the shipping status has been manually manipulated all along.
I have filed reports about this fraudulent site, and disputed the charge on my credit card.

This site is a scam. Never received my order and when contacted they said my order was still in transit. After getting an email stating it was delivered. BEWARE!!!!

Ordered on 9/26 and received tracking # next day. I contacted the company on Oct 8th, 15th, 16th and lastly on the 22nd just trying to find out which carrier was supposed to deliver the package because tracking showed it in my town since Oct 2nd. I just kept getting generic replies to "wait longer", but hey never would tell me who was delivering it. On Oct 20th, tracking showed it out for delivery. On the 22nd, it was still out for delivery so I contacted them again- no reply. Today, the 23rd, I checked the tracking at 6am and it said it was delivered today at 8:22am my local time. How is it possible to be delivered at a time that hasn't happened yet? Needless to say, I have no package. I disputed the charge with my bank.

I ordered some bags for washing 50 days ago. Not delivered. Have had some email correspondence but now no answers. Gave false tracing number. Complete rip off.

Zero stars for this company. Products pictured look great but shipping info is fake and indecipherable. Didn't receive the products ordered but they claim it was delivered. I have asked for shipping tracking information but received nothing.

They claimed the package was delivered but no package arrived.

Don’t buy from this company. I should have known better at the discounted prices but I thought their beautifully pictured baskets were on clearance. I ordered for Christmas gifts and never received my order. They just said my order was delivered but did not note the specific address. They would not tell me the address or carrier that it was supposedly delivered too, just that they would check into it. I have ordered many times from many companies & never had a package stolen. If it was delivered they should be able to tell me the carrier, address & legitimate tracking number for the carrier. I only had a tracking number from China Post that said it was delivered & to ask my neighbors or family if they picked it up. I saw another review that said when she received her baskets, they were not quilted as indicated but rather a picture printed on burlap.

Don’t trust them!! Been fighting with them about a delivery that didn’t happen. Long, long story. I’m now fighting to get a refund. Been over two months. Their tracking system is not helpful. Still waiting to find out which company supposedly delivered my product. No response. Really, don’t buy anything from them.

This is a scam company. I never recieved my order. When inquiring I was first told that they had no history of my purchase. I provided proof of purchase snd was then told it had been delivered and suggested I ask my neighbors. I replied that it was thier responsibility to ensure correct delivery and have not heard back. They have a fake tracking site. I have asked repeatedly for my money to be returned. Do NOT order from them.

Stuff looks great. Placed an order. Never received order nor response to,communication.

Placed the order on September 9 and almost a month later got a message my stuff had been delivered and nothing. Sent an email and when they responded I was told to check with my neighbors to see if someone else picked it up. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!! Nithing but scammers trying to take money from people who work hard for what they have.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! The products look adorable on the website, when in fact there is NO QUILTING WHATSOEVER!!! They are simply a print transferred onto burlap ~ no quilting like the website SHOWS and DESCRIBES!!! SO INFURIATING!! It took 2 months the receive my order and, of course, it came from China. In order to obtain a refund, I was responsible for the shipping cost back to China, which was 3 times what the product costs. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get cheated like I did!! If the product looked like they do on the website, they would be precious!! But they are so ugly, you wouldn't even CONSIDER putting them where they can be seen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY!!!!!
