Arrived promptly as expected and with a few goodies; makes the experience feel much more 'human'.

unfortunately i had bad luck with this product as it did not work out of the box
i raised this issue with core electronics and they suggested that i return the product for testing unfortunately the pi screen was part of our navigation system on our yacht and i could not wait the two weeks or more it would take to post the screen back to them and have it tested .
i explained this to them and asked if i could post the broken one back and have another one sent out so i could fix our navigation system before we set sail but they were unwilling to do that or even give me a refund
i can understand that they have procedures for replacements but they were unwilling to make any effort to help a customer who spent a substantial amount on a product that they sent out faulted.
i will write off the money i spent on this product and the bad experience of dealing with core electrons after sales as a learning experience that big companies do not give a shit about their customers.

the reason i post this negative review is to make others aware that this could also happen to them and if i could i would give a zero star review

I ordered the wrong thing so I replied to the shipping email and they gave me a gift card for the full amount and cancelled the order. Completely my fault and they solved it within a few hours.

Great service. Order was shipped out to my regional address as soon as available. Items were all in order and they reached out to me to check if all OK. Will continue to use as a supplier.

This was my second purchase from core-electronics, and again they were fantastic. Easy to navigate website with detailed information on the items, great communication by staff, great prices and very quick postage.
