Cornerstone Real Estate Avaliações

A fantastic service from start to finish. Anda was my property consultant who sent me the listings, met me at the properties, followed up with all the relevant details and met me for signing the tenancy and inspecting the property. The were a few minor things wrong at handover but Anda arranged to get these fixed and even arranged my internet service. A very pleasant person to deal with, highly professional as a person and as a company. Would highly recommend.

A brilliant company they help you in every way possible

I thank the company for the excellent service and solution to all my, even not simple, questions!

The agent "khun Eye and Khun Yai" very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

My agent, Da, found me a place that fit my needs and budget, in the area that I liked.

I can say that I had a very good experience with this agency, especially with Linda, who made great efforts to find us the house we needed. A big thank you again for your professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Martin and especially Anda.
She was very attentive, walked me through every little detail and every message I sent her. She was right there answering and helping me with variety of things..
Thank you again for Cornerstone properties and staff.

Not all estate agents are the same!

Cornerstone tell you want you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. Very constructive advice delivered in a professional manner.

Never thought I would say this about an estate agent, but yes, highly recommended, excellent service from start to finish.

Cornerstone Real Estate Pattaya very helpful and professional company always looking after their clients interests. I personally don’t live permanently in Thailand but have condos Pattaya Iam so happy to find a trustworthy company to take care of my properties finding the correct persons to rent my properties. I am so happy too continue the services that Cornerstone provides at present and in the future.

They made the rental process very smooth and straightforward. A pleasure to deal with.

I would definitely rent a property from Cornerstone again. Yai was especially helpful with any requests or queries during my rental period.

TENANTS RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!

The epitome of what's wrong with the property rental industry, caring only for their profit by doing the ABSOLUTE BARE MINIMUM. So Landlords maybe a good option for you. As a disabled person, you'd expect them to be more attentive but hardly the case so without any vulnerability imagine how much worse it could be, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere for your own sanity!
In example: I've been waiting for my shower to be fixed fora week! And they have the audacity to call me about their legal requirements with no indication as to when they'd resolve issues I've been complaining about for well over a year including a black mold infested, geriatric washing machine they refuse to replace!
l'd highly recommend to tenants you search for agents with ethical morals and aren't money hungry narcissists with no regard for human life.

This is a really great estate agency. I recently rented a property from this agency. The service was first class. I cannot recommend highly enough. From the staff in the office to the manager and owner Martin. Nothing was to much trouble. I was able to view a range af properties with no bias from the viewing agent.
Thank you all staff.

I found cornerstones to be very trust worthy and very professional in my condo purchase recently. Unfortunately my purchase fell thru but the boss martin and his staff helped me thru the problems i had and returned my funds in full. All in all i cannot praise them enougth and will hopefully be using them again in the future.

Easy check in....

Had an issue that was out of the company’s hands, they rectified it and helped me straight away. The girls in the office are amazing especially Anda and Yai. They’ve looked after me more than others would. I will definitely keep using the company in the future and will recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a property through Cornerstone Real Estate and could not be happier. The sales agent Linda showed me many properties and listened to my feedback each time and quickly homed in on the type of condo I wanted. About 10 days later a deal was done and Cornerstone helped every step of the way until it was all in my name. They have a great understanding of the legal process. An honest and reliable company to deal with. Shout out to Martin as well. Thank You. Greg Ventnor

My first Thai property purchase, a condo in foreign name, all done whilst in the UK, and the seller in his home country, New Zealand.
I did view the condo at the tail end of my trip earlier this year, but the offer was accepted once I was home.
Bee from Cornerstone showed me the condo, and then communicated with me throughout the purchase, and beyond.
Even now, 2 weeks after completion, she has just reported she has changed the bills to my name, and will arrange cleaning prior to my visit next month.
Well done Bee, thank you for answering all my questions, allaying all my fears, and for making the whole process seem so simple from start to finish.

Excellent communication with agent who's English was very good. Since arriving in Thailand, every question I've asked was answered within minutes.
Would recommend.

They were helpful and prompt
Khun Yai always answered my questions immediately
The contract, house readiness and support was exactly as requested and I never had to worry about anything
